I was apprehensive about booking this cottage due to the lack of reviews. However I am so pleased I did! This was the first holiday cottage I have ever stayed in where the whole family could just unpack without having to clean first, which makes such a difference to the start of the holiday. The whole house was spotless, especially the kitchen. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen had everything you need. The hot tub was great for the family especially in the late evening after a long day by the coast. Penryn isn’t the most exciting town but does have a fab Saturday morning Parkrun at Penryn campus, and it is only a short drive to Falmouth for supermarket supplies. We also caught the train to Truro on a rainy day which was a cheap day out. The local beaches in Falmouth were perfect for winter swimming and the whole of the Lizard provide amazing coast path walking. Thank you for a lovely stay. ...

We booked this last minute as we were let down by our first booking. And wow it delivered. Home from home feel with the most thoughtful and considered amenities. Stayed in this lovely new cottage for four weeks. A very comfortable experience with easy access to Falmouth and to the road network to the rest of Cornwall. Very nice furnishings and the hot tub was lovely Highly recommend
