Beautiful cottage on the outside, pleasant garden, bbq, good kitchen. Kids enjoyed the 'Alexa' device! Good location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, nice beaches, and some minutes drive to St Austell train station. Charlestown though does not have much of a community feel anymore - there is not a single shop for buying any items, a newspaper etc - as it's become quite a touristy, film set. We were surprised that the third bedroom was not made up, which was inconvenient, plus there was no available bedding for it. We also did not like the light and fan in the bathroom coming on automatically (i.e. coming on if you use it in the middle of the night). We would also prefer better quality bedding.

An ideal cottage in a great location for Charlestown and surrounding attractions. Exceptionally clean and presented well, we would stay here again.

Lovely characterful cottage in a great location for restaurants and buses. Quiet situation and nice garden to eat outside. Lovely bedlinen and comfy beds. Very steep stairs if anyone had mobility issues. Would be happy to stay again.
