This house is as beautiful as the pictures and has everything you need. Some nice walks and a lovely friendly village. The hot tub was an added welcome surprise installed after we booked our holiday. The booking was was easy and staff really helpful. I would highly recommend a holiday here and would definitely book with Classic Cottages again.

Beautiful house, great space for socialising. The owners had shown great consideration on ways to make our holiday enjoyable. The notice board in the hall way was a brilliant idea. Location perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. Wonderful welcome basket. Would most definitely recommend this house. Only negative is not being able to park in the drive way. Not a problem with our families but with small children or less mobile individuals it could prove a little more difficult and bothersome.

Thanks so much for your lovely review. We're so pleased you had an enjoyable holiday and we're sure the owners will be thrilled too! You quite rightly say there is no parking in the driveway; we advise guests to park 20 yards up the road as the small lane to the property is too narrow for cars. We always encourage guests to check out these details on our website or discuss with our Sales Team prior to booking to avoid disappointment. We really hope to welcome you back again in the future. Very comfortable spacious property in a great location for exploring the south coast, we visited Looe which is about 9 miles from the property. The children loved train spotting from the garden. The hot tub was a huge hit with all our party. We walked the short distance to The Eliot Arms which was very welcoming, however the Sunday roast could have been better. The village of St Germans is very tranquil and pretty. Parking on Mill Lane was never an issue.

St Germans is a great location for a family holiday, we’d definitely like to come back. The property is a real home from home, well equipped and stylishly decorated. Our kids loved the hot tub too. Just be aware that you can’t get a car to the property so access & unloading is tricky.

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed in this cottage, with the few exceptions stated in our Review Guidelines.
