We have used this cottage in the past a number of times in fact it the only cottage we have used for the last few years. And we will be back in October.

We had a perfect week stay. My sister and I took my mum away for a week to visit my daughter who lives in cornwall, we needed somewhere my 90 year old mum would be comfortable home from home, and orchard cottage most definitely lived up to it. Mum had the master bedroom which she was extremely comfortable in, and we had a single room each the three of us as my daughter stayed with us. We were perfectly comfortable each of us in the single rooms. The cottage is very spacious, clean and well equipped as we ate in and out during our week stay. We loved eating in and chatting around the table after dinner. We had the most perfect stay with our mum plenty of parking for three or four cars. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely cream tea when we arrived it was a lovely touch. The first night we had a lovely meal at the Red lion in mewan smith, it was perfect for our first night after a long drive, and we got parked very easily. I have stayed in m many classic cottages around and in Falmouth over the years and this was the easiest drive to falmouth when staying a little way out, this is a perfect stay for visiting students at the university as very close easy drive....

We had a lovely week in September in this quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped cottage. It was nice that the owner called in to check we had everything we needed. Great location in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, with ample parking space, but only about 10 mins. drive to Falmouth, and under an hour to either St Ives (including Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum) or St Michael's Mount. We loved the footpath direct from the cottage over the fields down to Maenporth beach (30-40 mins walk), and easy access to the South West Coast Path. We had mixed weather but covered many miles of varied scenic coastal walks, exploring the numerous little beaches and coves and enjoying the panoramic views from the cliff tops. A great place to stay!...
