We had a great stay at Easy Oars, a very quiet, spacious and comfortable property. The position in the village was perfect for the shop, ferry crossing and pubs. Swimming off the quay was possible a few minutes away or slightly further away on the lovely Kiln beach. Excellent walks from our doorstep too. The parking round the back of the property was easy to access with our Renault Captur, athough we only used our car once during the week. Would definitely recommend. ...

This was our favourite cottage from many we have stayed in over the years. So clean, beautifully decorated and light and airy....you instantly felt at home. The location is great, the most beautiful coastal walk to Mylor from your door. Bus stop less than a minutes walk and the ferry across to Falmouth 2 minutes walk away. (We decided on a mussel travel card which allows unlimited travel for 6 days) 2 pubs less than a minute away, the Royal standard especially friendly, and the most well stocked village shop I've ever seen. (Also the best fresh sourdough delivered every morning) Can't wait to return, thank you so much. ...

Beautifully renovated property - very comfortable bed and bedding. I chose this property as a non driver and I was not disappointed- I used the amazing flushing to Falmouth ferry most days then the other ferries to get to Trelisik Gardens , St Mawes and Malpas. There are also beautiful local walks and bars snd restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. The local shop is one of the best I have been in- all the fresh bread, croissants and cakes were wonderful and it was incredibly well stocked with lovely good quality products - so no need to shop elsewhere. Very e joyable holiday and I would return to explore the area further. ...

We had a lovely week at Easy Oars. Good to use the Flushing ferry over to Falmouth and, along with walks from the property, no need to be always using the car. Flushing has a friendly residential feel as well as being popular with tourists and day trippers across the water. The local shop just round the corner was excellent with fresh bread and pastries delivered each morning along with pasties from Pips Pasties in Penryn. Two pubs, again just around the corner. We ate three nights at the Royal Standard - very good with a lively atmosphere and the Harbour House (although we didn't eat there) was great for an evening sundowner outside on their benches in front of the water. Also recommended for eating are Cafe Mylor and the Pandora Inn. There are numerous walks to be had from the front door around the creeks where you can dine en route at the two above mentioned places. An afternoon out at Trelissick is recommended (National Trust) doing the Woodland Walk down to Channals Creek. All in all, a very restful and relaxed break....
