Great for 2 people, provided everything we needed, homely feel.

Bray Cottage is lovely, and a great base to explore Cornwall. Classic Cottages had recommended this to us from a shortlist, on the sole basis that the garden is enclosed. Disappointingly, this proved not to be the case. The lawn area is only enclosed on 2 sides, open to the driveway on one side, and also open to the lawn to the adjacent cottage on another . The terrace (with bar-b-q, although in a walled courtyard, no longer has gates on either side, so is also open). We had planned to be able to relax whilst at the cottage, and let our dog off the lead into the garden, or terrace, but as neither were enclosed, this was not possible. For this reason, we had to score Classic Property's description as "poor".
