Excellent location, just a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Lovely position with a fabulous view. Seco lounge in Royal William Yard had a lovely atmosphere, great for drinks, evening meals and breakfasts! It would be nice to visit when the ferry is running to the Barbican, as that is literally just outside the apartment block.

Perfect location for walking the South West Coast path. Fantastic choice of restaurants nearby . We loved staying here!

Fabulous location with all amenities close at hand. Very comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment and fantastic location. Didn’t use the car at all whilst we were there. Used the ferry and the bus stop is just outside the complex. Would definitely go back. Only downside was having a parking ticket the first night we were there despite parking in the allocated parking space we were told too park in.

Excellent apartment and location. The apartment is very comfortable and with most things you could want. 8 restautants in the Royal William Yard so plenty to choose from. Nice large lawned area with deckchairs where you could have a drink or snack. Also the option to take the ferry service up to the Barbican where there are endless eateries. Apartment overlooks a small marina and a couple of restaurants so plenty of people watching opportunities!

Lots to visit in the area - places we enjoyed : Salcombe and ferry to South Sands (lunch in SS hotel on the balcony), RHS Rosemoor, NT Cotehele, Fowey, Noss Mayo +++

Really beautiful apartment- quirky and modern- set within a historical backdrop. This is a loft apartment so there are steep steps and low ceilings but the views are worth it looking out over the harbour to watch the tide come in and boats go by. This area has lots of restaurants and a cinema. Our car stayed put in its parking space for a few days as we walked or caught the local ferries. Within walking distance to the Barbican, shops and Plymouth Sound. We really enjoyed our stay in a rainy week in August.

We loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful clean apartment, it had everything we needed. Royal William Yard is a great place to stay with lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

Lovely comfortable property and within easy walking distance of Plymouth city centre. Lots of places to eat and drink at Royal William Yard and the Market on Sunday was a real treat. The property was very warm on arrival, but the radiators were all controllable, so we left them off for the duration of our stay. Great location for just sitting and watching the world go by.

It is a lovely flat in a beautiful historical building & in a wonderful location with plenty to do on-site. However for us, it didn't quite match up to expectations given its price point .

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. We agree, this stylish apartment is lovely, beautifully furnished and set within a wonderful historic building right on the marina. We really hope you got to enjoy all the area has to offer. Kelsey, Customer Support

We absolutely loved our stay in the Brewhouse. We were there during a heatwave and it was still very comfortable sitting behind the open windows in those lovely comfortable chairs. Only one of the bedrooms was harder to keep cool, but there were fans provided. The setting is perfect, the views are amazing, night and day. The terrasses below the apartment are never too loud, the hubbub is actual quite cozy and at night everything is perfectly quiet. The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. All furniture is very comfortable. The Royal William Yard as a whole is a very special setting to stay in, we felt pretty privileged. It is in a relatively quiet part of Plymouth, but with a car you can easily get everywhere and even by foot and ferry it is easy to get to the Barbican and the Hoe.

Royal William Yard is an amazing location for an apartment, we loved the trendy vibe with all the restaurants and bars. We came by train and had no difficulty getting around by taxi, bus and ferry. Recommend doing an online shop if no transport as there isn't a supermarket within the yard although Ferry Stores not too far from the main gate is quite well stocked for essentials. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need (including 27 wine/champagne glasses!!). All the windows look down on the marina and are great for people-watching, particularly loved the chairs in the dining room which aren't actually in the promo pictures... The two 80-somethings in our party found the stairs quite steep and the beams upstairs a little low but I imagine these wouldn't bother most. The sunsets and short walks from the apartment were memorable, the early evening views are just spectacular. Had a lovely break and would highly recommend.

A great property in a great location. But be warned the bedroom's get very hot.

Our family of four had a great weeks stay at the Brewhouse, and would not hesitate on recommending this apartment. It's very well kept, with views above the marina. Lots of great places to eat and only a short ferry ride over to Cornwall or round to the Barbican.

48 The Brewhouse is a stunning property. Do not hesitate to book and enjoy the most restful stay. Lovely ferry trip to Edgecombe, explore Plymouth Hoe and venture to Burgh Island.

We will return for a further stay, thank you so much to Classic Cottages for a superb service.

We had a very enjoyable week in this extremely comfortable, appartment. Ideal for exploring Plymouth and surrounding area. Made great use of the ferry service to Plymouth and Edgcumbe so the car had a bit of a break as well. Many great places to eat out within minutes walking distance so easy to have a break from cooking. Liked it so much we have already booked to go back again next year.

Great location.

Have no hesitation in booking this brilliant apartment! This was the perfect escape we eat out and cooked in and enjoyed all that the Royal William Yard has to offer whilst relaxing in a beautifully furnished apartment with views over the harbour! For the perfect day out we caught the cremyll ferry over to Mount Edgcombe and walked the coast path to Kingsands where we enjoyed a fabulous pub lunch whilst the fire roared in the background! The Yard also has a fabulous community we very much enjoyed the craft and food market on Sunday morning before brunch followed by a walk to Plymouth Hoe! We will be back and cannot wait!

We would happily recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property with everything we needed & more. Decorated to a really high standard and felt like home away from home which we rarely say! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very modern apartment in a lovely setting , loved the little areas for sitting or reading , lots of lovely restaurants around within walking distance .

This apartment was fantastic for our family of four (2 and 5 year old). Clean, modern, beautifully decorated and furnished and with all the usual essentials to make life a little easier. The bed was comfy and we slept well and the living space was perfect for chilled evenings.

The location is great at the Royal William Yard. Beautifully restored historic buildings with a selection of restaurants on the ground floor. It was great to either chill and cook at the apartment or to just walk downstairs to one of the restaurants after a long day visiting villages and beaches. Being in Plymouth, there are so many places to visit in Cornwall and Devon within an hours drive. We would recommend a day trip to Looe and Polperro. Plymouth itself also has lots to offer - we particularly enjoyed walking around the marinas and eating the obligatory fish and chips, ice creams, pasties and scones! Catching the ferry across to Mount Edgcumbe was a nice experience too (the Orangery Garden cafe is worth a visit for lunch or afternoon tea).

We stayed for a week which I think was perfect assuming you have a car to explore Devon and Cornwall. If no car, perhaps a long weekend would be more suitable.

I would definitely recommend this apartment.
