Absolutely no-one around. Not overlooked, just you the views and wildlife. If you require peace and quiet, this is it but only 15-30 mins away from everything. Tiny Thai in Wadebridge was phenomenally good. Demelza is a very nice place to stay.

Had a lovely stay in Demelza, it's in the middle of nowhere but still easily accessible to the coast (both North and South). The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the fire pit as well. The pod is warm and cosy and well-equipped. Thank you for a lovely holiday!...
