This is a wonderfully equipped property with everything you need. Good enclosed back garden for our dogs. The owner ( Sharon ) lives locally and is on hand if needed. She made us feel very welcome. Supermarkets a 10 minute drive, local pubs dog friendly , some beaches have restrictions for the dogs depending on the time of year. We thought it was a great property well situated for lots of attractions.

This cottage is the best we’ve stayed in in a long time. Great location, with ample parking and easy access to the main road. 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Beautiful views of the Mount and sea to the front and countryside behind. Lovely garden for the children and plenty of seating to watch the sun go down and eat outside. Sainsburys deliver here, and it’s a 5 minute drive to Penzance to a huge Sainsburys, (also McDonald’s and other fast food outlets). The house itself was immaculate. Huge comfy beds with clean, fresh bedding and we all slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped, with sharp knives!!! Great oven, big fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Everything you could need for a family stay. All 4 of us could lounge on the huge sofa at once and the open plan room downstairs was surprisingly roomy. All in all we had a great stay. The owner had to accommodate us at very short notice and she was just excellent. Keeping in touch even though she was on holiday herself. There was lots to do near the property. We visited the Mount and beach, went to St Ives to the Tate and beach, visited the Minack theatre. Our favourite day out was the Tremenheere Sculpture garden just a mile outside Penzance. The food here was lovely, we sat outside with sea views, and the garden itself was magical and kept the kids and us entranced as we explored it. We left knowing we’ll be back as we have relatives here, and there are still lots of places to visit next time. Thank you for a lovely stay and for being the most welcoming host.

We had a lovely week at Atlantic Reach. It is a well-equiped, modern house, very clean and extremely warm and comfortable. It made a great base for exploring the area, with lots to see and do within easy reach. The hot tub is also a great feature! The owners were very flexible with great communication. We would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time. Great cottage, brilliantly appointed and everything we needed had been provided. Also the location was perfect. On top of that, Sharon and Stuart, were the most welcoming hosts you could imagine. We’re coming back next year.

Excellent from start to finish ! A lovely home from home situated in an excellent location allowing easy reach to some picturesque harbour villages. Everything was spotless and of a high standard throughout the house and the hot tub was a great place to relax. Easy walk into the village with pasties and ice cream on offer. Great experience - thanks to Sharon who made it all so easy to enjoy. Chris, Simone, Louis & Scruffles

An excellent location, modern and well equipped home, helpful owner and a superb base for exploring local beaches and the wider area. We had a great family break at Atlantic Reach - thank you.

Sharon and Stuart the hosts had prepared the house with every possible detail covered.

The scones and clotted cream and Prosecco were a nice welcome treat.

We will certainly recommend it to family and friends and hope to book again ourselves. Five stars!

Atlantic Reach is the best equipped self catering property I have ever stayed in, and there has been a fair few. The owner Sharon phoned me three days prior to arrival to welcome me as well as offering her help with any questions I had on the property or the area. She came and saw us on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did, including biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and prosecco! And the best surprise of all was home made scones, clotted cream and jam, what a treat! Marizion is a great village with lots of places to eat and the Fire Engine Inn is just super, doesn’t look much from the outside but the food was exceptional. It’s a must and within staggering distance! Thank you Classic Cottages and thank you Sharon it really was superb and we couldn’t fault it. We will be back!

Don’t hesitate, book this stay ??
