Bantham village has a great pub, why not enjoy a meal on the way home from Bantham beach?

Chou cottage is, as others have advised, comfortable and cosy, we were lovely and warm here. Given that's it's just off the main road in Yealmpton, it was peaceful. There are short and longer walks within a minute of leaving the front door - great if your holiday hits poor weather and you can't face a damp car drive back. The Tavistock tow path is close and just right for a good yomp followed by lunch. ...

A very nice cottage. Lovely coastal walks within a short driving distance. No parking immediately outside cottage so a short walk to find somewhere to park the car.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely village. Would definitely recommend. We had dogs with us and there were lovely walks in a woodland close by. Two pubs just a few minutes away.. although different very friendly. We had a lovely time at Chou Cottage. May 2022...

Lovely comfortable Devon cottage tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Located perfectly for exploring Dartmoor and the south Devon coast, two pubs within walking distance & a lovely village cafe. Only disadvantage is parking but there are suitable quiet roads within walking distance. We would certainly stay at Chou Cottage again. ...
