An excellent property, was one of the best we have ever stayed in!

A fabulous house with some beautiful accessories. We were made very welcome, and the hot tub was fantastic. A very comfortable home from home, with some added luxuries.

Amazing, beautiful cottage in a central location to visit Cornwall and Devon. A car would be a must to stay here as roads around were too dangerous to walk. Fully equipped with everything you would likely to need. Garden was beautiful with areas of shade and sun. Lovely clean hot tub and raised decking area with table and chairs was used a lot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

A very nice cottage, plenty of room and comfortable with a lovely garden area and hot tub. Quiet area and peaceful but many places to visit. Would love to return soon. Owners very helpful and friendly too.

Lovely cottage and very welcoming owners, really spacious and comfortable with a beautiful hot tub. Cottage is published as dog friendly but luckily we did no bring our dog as the garden is not secure and several rooms in the house are signposted as not open to dogs due to lovely carpets etc so I would be wary of taking a dog but that is because the house is so beautiful it would be hard to relax with a dog.

Wow wow wow. Fabulous property, homely and very comfortable. We have holidayed in many properties over the years but this one hands down beats them all! As a family party of 6 adults there was plenty of room to escape from each other if needed. The house is well equipped with lots of little thoughful touches, including a great range of books, games jigsaws, cds etc. Very comfy beds with quality linen. Lovely well kept garden with added bonus of a large hot tub, gas barbecue and covered sitting area with festoon lights. Walking distance to the Springer Spaniel pub; good food and great service. Many thanks to Leonie, Georgia and Paul for the loan of their fabulous house - didn't want to give it back! Hope to see you again next year

Little Park was a beautiful cottage, it had everything we needed and more and it was easy to get to all the best places we love to visit in Cornwall. The hot tub was a lovely addition. Leoni and Paul have done such a fantastic job and were on hand whenever we needed them. We would love to come back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Park. Our hosts (Leoni & Paul) were so welcoming and everything has been thought of that we'd need to make our holiday one to remember for all the right reasons.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt right at home in a property that's been built and furnished to a high standard but even more importantly, one which is still characterful, comfortable and cozy despite being very spacious and packed with all mod cons.

Rain or shine, Little Park was the perfect place for a week away; a really lucky find, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

An absolutely stunning property. A real homely feeling house with everything to hand and more. The owners were exceptionally helpful and made us feel so welcome. A truly stunning home with a big wow factor, in a beautiful location - made it the most perfect holiday for us. Thank you

We loved our stay at Little Park despite the rain! A really comfortable, pretty, quiet, excellently maintained house! Loved the hot tub and little library! Leoni was a great host, really friendly and responsive. Nice little pub 5 minutes walk away and great farm restaurant and shop 5 minutes drive away. We can’t recommend enough.
