Beautiful house, nice space, good furnishing, very comfortable.

We had a wonderful holiday - a large spacious holiday home with plenty of options for a larger party of 2 families. Kitchen well equipped. Decor/ sofas a little dated in places but this does not detract from a very comfortable and well appointed property in a superb location

Just a matter of becoming familiar with the website. Initially, I found it awkward finding out about East Sussex and Kent attractions - the site seemed to default to the West Country.

Lovely, spacious, relaxing place to stay, well equipped, welcoming, peaceful. Three amazing doubles plus useful twin, loads of room downstairs. Two families could get together here very comfortably. We walked down through the farm fields. There is a v nice unfrequented path nearby - Sussex Border Path or Tunbridge Wells circular ? Plenty of good walking and places to visit within a shortish drive.

Rented this property with a group of friends to see in the New Year. Great house for a large group and dogs, was able to walk straight from property on various long walks to some lovely pubs. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for family get togethers. Lots of room. The second reception room proved a success as the ‘playroom’ whilst the other we attempted to keep toy free! Lovely situation and a comfortable stay.

A lovely house in a peaceful area.

An excellent cottage and enjoyed by the whole family

Fabulous stay - a clean, comfortable, spacious house with a wonderful garden!
