Excellent cottage. Had everything we could have needed. Quiet location and an idea place to explore this part of Cornwall with the hot tub perfect for relaxing after.

Wow!! Just come back from a weekend break and it was perfect. Beautiful location, lovely added touch’s especially with the Prosecco cream tea that was waiting for our arrival. Lydia the owner was lovely and welcoming. Really comfortable and relaxing place to stay, we will hopefully return again.

Classic were fantastic, easy to book, quick to respond to queries. The card of congratulations on our wedding was just perfect.

Highly recommend this lovely stay; a perfect escape away! Anella itself is gorgeous, set in a lovely quiet location but near by to Falmouth and great beaches. Excellent host-great communication and generous hospitality.

Our stay at Anella was exemplary. Lydia is a first rate host and was on hand for anything - even when we forgot a rucksack for our coastal walk. The thoughtful luxury treats on arrival, to the boxes of wood on the doorstep daily and everything provided for your stay to cook up meals and lounge in the hot tub. We loved our stay and will definitely be back - if we are allowed with our noisy sausages!!

Lovely accommodation, perfectly located to explore the south of Cornwall, with a delightful host who was very attentive. Immediately clean, stylishly decorated with all the facilities you need for a very pleasant stay. We will definitely return.

We had an incredible time at Anella! The setting is perfect with a neighboring field to give the dog a run around, and only a 15 minute walk though picturesque woodland to the local village and pub. Lydia was very welcoming and provided prosecco and scones with jam and cream for our arrival.

The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed to do a bit of cooking. We ate out a few times and really loved the Slice of Cornwall cafe just up the road and the Ferryboat Inn in Helford Passage.

We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to other couples looking for an idyllic Cornwall getaway.

Lydia was the perfect host. Very helpful to let us know that she was there if we needed anything, but left us to it, which was perfect. We had a lovely gift, of flowers, bubbly and everything to make cream teas. So very thoughtful! Such a beautiful and quirky cottage. Location was stunning. Lovely enclosed garden with hot tub. We would definitely come back x

Our stay at Anella Cottage was excellent. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch, thank you. Lydia was really lovely and welcoming but left us to it and give us total privacy. The cottage is lovely, the hot tub is amazing and the location is Idillic. We will definitely be back.

Anella Cottage was everything described and more…from the very friendly welcoming Lydia; the dog friendly location, the secure garden, the hot tub and cottage itself - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lydia was very helpful in suggesting walks, good dog friendly food locations and an overview on how everything worked - the welcome treats we thoughtful and considerate (our dog was even included) The cottage was immaculate with everything you needed and very comfortable The location was ideal for walks and would highly recommend- some of the most beautiful we have been on We hope to return soon- it was just fantastic x

Lydia and her family have been fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. I want to keep this as my little secret holiday location but happy to share! :)

This was a return visit and will be booking again.

Lydia, who looked after us, whilst we were staying at Anella was extremely helpful and attentive.

We wanted a relaxing and comfortable break away from the rush of everyday life to let us recharge our batteries. This is what we found in this cottage and it was wonderful. I can’t think of anything negative to say as it was a beautiful sanctuary tucked away in a wonderful corner of our country.

We loved everything about the character & coziness of the cottage. Lovely location & great for dogs too.

Lydia and her family were gracious from the outset and made us feel extremely welcome. The accommodation was perfect and as described. If anything the property was every better than described. Everything you needed for a comfy stay was provided.

Highlights had to be the fabulous hot tub and the woodburner with unlimited amounts of logs and kindling provided.

Copper, our dog, was also very well catered for with treat biscuits included! Everything was within an easy drive and the local walks were very welcome. We were advised about a few places to visit and again did not disappoint. Overall 10/10 and booking again for the new year!

We had a fantastic stay at Anella. Lydia had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and was very welcoming, providing lots of helpful information about days out and the local area. The property was very clean and cosy with everything you could need in a lovely rural location. We stayed with our giant breed dog who was also made to be extremely welcome. There is a lovely cafe just next door and a dog friendly pub close by, both of which do great food! We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Excellent cottage if you would like to explore the area around Falmouth. Cottage very well appointed with all equipment required for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

Amazing property in a beautiful location, perfect base for a week of tranquility or day tripping around the coast. Perfect enclosed rear garden for dogs and a huge field for them to run. Lydia has thought of everything you need for an effortless stay. We will be seeing you again, hopefully very soon!

What a fabulous place. It exceeded expectations. Lydia is a fantastic host, and Anella has everything you’d want or need for a relaxing break in gorgeous surroundings - and the dogs loved it there too ??. We’ve already booked a second break there. Can’t wait to go back.

The location was great, very quiet and peaceful. Near to the excellent Slice for brunch and woodland walks. Not too far away from pebbled beaches and great public gardens.

Lovely weekend spent here with fabulous hosts, very friendly and nothing was a bother. Well equipped and very cosy. Loved the hot tub and wood burner. An ideal stay for us giving us the break we so desperately needed. We'd come again definitely.

Anella is such a lovely little cottage, so many local walks from your doorstep and a perfect location from which to explore the south of Cornwall. Only a short drive into Falmouth if you want more of a town. Would highly recommend taking the short drive to Helford and taking the South Coastal Path around the headland - absolutely stunning views! The cottage itself was wonderful, with the log burner being a favourite of ours along with the hot tub, and was so nice to be greeted with a bottle of prosecco and cream tea! Would 100% recommend this place and would be keen to stay again in the future! Thank you Lydia.

What an absolute gem of a cottage in a wonderful part of Cornwall. Greeted by Lydia who was very friendly and welcoming on arrival, as were the Scones, Jam and the bottle of Fizz. The cottage was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the hot tub was fantastic after a walk. For sure, we will be back.

We had an amazing two night stay at Anella. Lydia the owner was absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble. Anella was absolutely spotless and had all that we needed and more including some local scones,jam and cream and prosecco on arrival. Lydia happily gave us directions and advice for lovely local walks and pubs in the area too!

FANTASTIC! We had the most wonderful stay here. We were lucky enough to be the first guests at Anella and everything was brilliant! Even down to the little touches of flowers, fizzy and scones on arrival. Could not have asked for more. Lydia was a lovely, friendly host who is more than happy to accommodate any needs you may have. As well as having Benji the lab on hand for a warm welcome. We throughly enjoyed our stay here, using the hot tub every night to star gaze before getting the log burner on and retiring to the cosiest little bed ! Would highly recommend!!!
