This is a lovely property - convenient for many places of interest and spacious and up to date. The beds are very comfortable, showers are good with plenty of hot water and the large fridge and freezer are a great bonus. There is a choice of supermarkets at Wadebridge, 15 minutes away, and the beautiful Cornish coast is easily accessible....

So many beautiful places to visit within easy distance and a very comfortable home to return to at the end of the day. The excellent food at Pencarrow House, Rick Stein restaurants and the wonderful beaches made for a perfect holiday....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olive Cottage. It’s contemporary and stylish inside (the external photo doesn’t do it justice) and more spacious than the photos suggest. The open plan layout worked perfectly for a 3 generation stay: the bathrooms are large with excellent showers, the range cooker and large fridge freezer perfect and the separate utility room an added bonus for sorting out beach wear etc. It could do with some additional clothes storage in the bedrooms and more food storage cupboarding in the kitchen but it wouldn’t put us off a return visit. The location is perfect in a pretty village with nice pub, short drives to fantastic beaches and 2 great farmshops/cafes nearby (one with a huge children’s play field). It’s only a 15 min drive to Wadebridge for a larger supermarket shop or delivery. We had a lovely visit, thank you to the friendly owners Debbie and Paul. ...

A beautiful peaceful cottage with wonderful hosts who were on hand if you needed them but left you to enjoy the holiday as you wished. Olive Tree is much larger than the photos suggest and is wonderfully equipped and extremely comfortable with the added bonus of super fast broadband which kept all younger members of the family happy! We look forward to returning for another holiday as it's such a wonderful base to explore Cornwall....
