Attractive and very affordable holiday home to explore this lovely area.

The owners were really helpful and friendly, and were there to welcome us on arrival. They provided fresh milk and a cream tea with fudge in the cottage which was delicious.

They also arranged for a free game of golf on a local course which was a great bonus. There was also a little chipping green at the farm for practicing shots.

There are two electric charging points via podpoint which are very reasonable to use.

The cottage is warm and well appointed for two people, with a lovely view over fields. It was very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a spare bed in the bedroom suitable for a child and a baby gate was also provided.

We would recommend trying out the Strawberry Fields farm shop and the nearby Arundel Hotel’s lovely restaurant while in the area.

We very much look forward to returning.

Great barn with a supersized bed and large bedroom for a good nights sleep. Lovely countryside views. Overall, a great place to stay.

Ideally situated for touring Devon and Cornwall, owners on hand if needed and very helpful, well equipped cottage and very dog friendly. Highly recommend

We made the most of late availability for a few days here. The cream tea was extremely welcome and delicious and the location ideal for exploring Cornwall with lots of leaflets available on places to visit. Very friendly hosts who took time to make sure we were settled in ok. We look forward to returning in the future

We had a wonderful time at Netherbridge Farm (KINGFISHER BARN). Lyndsey and Darren were very helpful and informative. We will definitely be going back again for a lovely break and the fishing. Annette and Gary.

Excellent! Can’t fault this accommodation and the welcome by Darren and Lynsey. We have now visited three times and will definitely be back - we’ve already booked our return for later this year!

Very friendly hosts, Darren and Lindsey, always available with information on the area which proved excellent. Plenty of places to visit all within easy reach of Netherbridge Barns.

Great accommodation, lovely bed, lovely setting and great for the dog

Wonderful stay at Kingfisher Barn. Hosts were very welcoming. Loads of help with day trip suggestions. Super local map with host family favourite day trip recommendations. The sheep and cows were a real hit with our 7 year old. We will return :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Kingfisher Barn. The Cream Tea on arrival was a lovely surprise. The accommodation was perfect and just what you would hope for in a Barn conversion with its lofty ceilings and exposed walls. The Roost (a small games room) was ideal for the evenings and kept our seven year old very happy. A great place to be based for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
