Great location and property with excellent hot tub.

Great cottage with lovely views of lakes and farm animals, as well as wildlife. Good base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Excellent hosts, would recommend a visit here.

Super views over the lakes enhanced by "our boys", the male sheep in the adjoining meadow!! Darren extremely helpful and obliging in every way..... our thanks to him. Very happy stay..

All the family enjoyed our stay at Otter Barn, it was one of the larger barns on the property and comfortably slept 4 plus 2 dogs. Local supermarket was 10 minute drive and we were able to order a local chinese take-out to the property. Launceston was a bit further inland than I would of liked to the great Jurassic coast in North Cornwall so I wouldn't return to the property for that reason. The owners were really helpful with local knowledge and when my young son was stung by a hornet they were able to direct us to the local urgent care. The week we stayed there was extreme weather warning with Cornwall hotter than Florida, which unfortunately meant that we didn't get to use the hot-tub as much as we would of liked, it was ice cold showers for us. All in all a great week.

We really enjoyed the stay. Lovely location. Would definitely consider returning.

Had a great family break. Hosts were very welcoming and would recommend a stay. Location is perfect for best of Devon and Cornwall - lots to do
