The house was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for 2 families. Spacious and well equipped and great location for exploring Devon and Cornwall.

Bude was very busy, naturally, but we found Northcott Mouth Beach which is about 10mins further north and is a great beach and much quieter.

July ‘21. From the onset contact with the housekeeper was superb. If we needed any info, which wasn’t much, Natasha was very helpful. The property is stunning. When you arrive the appearance of the barn has the wow factor. When you enter the barn the wow’s continue! The kitchen space is amazing & the games room became our favourite area for pool & table tennis. Luckily we discovered that a supermarket could deliver to the doorstep so we pre-booked a slot for our supplies for the week. There isn’t a main supermarket close-by but there is one 15 minutes or so away in Holdsworthy. The Mowhay was just what our family of 7 needed. It was just the holiday our family had been waiting for. BTW, the location is quite rural & very quiet & be prepared to breathe in the smells of local farming. Many thanks to the owners from The Stotts & The McEvoys for letting us share this fab property. ??

Excellent space for three generations of family to gather. well equipped kitchen for the family to prepare meals together, loved the garden, space to play volleyball and to sit around the large garden table.

Car porch useful space for washing wet suits and beach stuff.

The converted barns are exceptional and at the end of a day out to come back to the peace and quite and excellent facilities was a complete pleasure. This would be a fun place for a group of friends and or anyone with children as there is plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. The local village shop was well stocked with all basic needs plus some local extras. Everywhere was withing easy reach. We had a fantastic break.

Massive property with everything provided for a lovely stay. Fully equipped kitchen and a great games room. Very clean.

This house has to be the best equipped holiday home I have ever stayed in. Finished to extremely high standards. Peaceful, beautiful, just a wonderful place to be. We would definitely return, take others and recommend to others.
