It was an absolute treat to have a family get together in this wonderful historic house in the most exceptional position above Castle Beach in Tenby. To be so close to the sea and to sleep with the sound of the waves in our ears was something we will always remember.

If you want to have an amazing holiday in Tenby, with friends or family, or just indulge in a large house, this is the place for you. The location is superb, both in town but with access to the beach and stunning views. You need not travel out of Tenby! Walks galore too.
The house is so welcoming with every facility you would need. Bright and sunny aspects to all rooms and plenty of space to relax. Everything you could wish for in a holiday rental.
Mrs Boylen June 2021
This is a wonderful house for a large family holiday with a truly breathtaking outlook and access to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday and were blessed with good weather.
I would say the property is just a little bit tired and would benefit from some TLC, but nonetheless it is very comfortable and homely. A slight word of caution, if you are planning on using this house to its fully capacity (quoted as sleeps 16), please discount room 8. This room is in the basement which smells very damp and I would certainly not have anyone sleeping in this room.

Thanks so much for sharing your review, we're delighted that you enjoyed your stay in this lovely house. The owner has been very careful to restore and furnish the property with a sympathetic eye to its history and origins, and a continual maintenance schedule ensures that the inevitable areas of wear and tear are swiftly rectified. The age and construction of the house does preclude more modern building techniques, and the house does need to breathe and remain ventilated. Any areas which may be prone to dampness are well maintained and checked very regularly, but we will thoroughly investigate the lower twin room on the next changeover to ensure that the environment remains pleasant and usable. We do hope that your visit to Wales has created some wonderful memories for you and your family. Tanya, Customer Support

Perfect location for an amazing family holiday. The house is beautiful you have you our own swimming pool at the bottom of the steps! ( When the tide is in!) And a great pub literally on your doorstep. The lack of en-suites didn't spoil the experience as the landing bathroom and shower on the ground floor are great.

Excellent location, Probably the best in Tenby
