A lovely cottage. Plenty of space and very light and airy. Very comfortable beds and a very good walk-in shower with constant hot water. Enjoyed the sun-deck at the top of the garden, lovely place to relax with a G&T. There are some lovely walks from the cottage. If you don't always feel like driving you can get a bus into Dartmouth and in the opposite direction to Kingsbridge where you can get a ferry to Salcombe. Nearby is the Stokely Farm Shop, which is well worth a visit. You can either drive or its about a 15 minute walk.

Gorgeous location and cottage. It felt very homely and we very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Loved every minute of our stay in Rose Cottage, so comfortable for the 5 of us The garden and BBQ area were a real wow factor and the location is excellent for seeing all the best bits of South Devon. Thank you

Very nice cottage had everything!

Perfect location for beaches and coastal walks. Welcoming village and great local pubs and farm shop. Lovely garden to soak up the sun and relax.

A really fabulous property in a peaceful location, close to the coast. Highlights included the superb deck and grill at the top of the garden, and easy access to nearby farm shop. We loved it!

Beautiful location with excellent pubs and beaches nearby. Stunning walks too!

Lovely cottage and beautiful garden . Amazing location overlooking village green towards the church and with the sea in the background. Two pubs within 2 minutes walk and farm shop / restaurant / shops and Tor Cross nearby . We are definitely going to be coming back.

This is a lovely cottage well worth the visit. The welcome card and wine was a very nice touch.
