Town Barn is beautifully positioned in a village setting with uninterrupted views from your own wrap-around decking. Town Barn sits on the edge of the village which means you have a wonderfully private garden, please take care there are slopes towards the bottom of the garden. At the end of the drive you will find a path that takes you down into the beautiful woodland, the perfect start to any day... If you do not fancy cooking, then the neighbouring village of Bradworthy offers amenities and a pub all year round. You really could park up and just relax into country life, but you are close enough to the dramatic and beautifully breathtaking coastline to stretch your legs. Retail therapy is never far away, Bude offers a mix of independent boutiques, the perfect place to buy those mementos of a wonderful holiday or a few treats that everyone needs on holiday.
Once parked up, follow the steps up to the front door and step into the entrance hall, turning right you follow the hall around to the kitchen/dining-room leading through to the dual-aspect sitting-room with patio doors on to the decking and views of the garden and north Devon hills. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast-bar, and the dining-table is positioned by the window to enjoy the morning sun. The sitting-room is the perfect room for the family to start or finish the day, the dual-aspect windows allow light to flood the room no matter what the season. The en suite bedroom is situated at the other end of the barn with single steps up and down as you pass the front door. This room is spacious and comfortable offering the perfect place to lay your head after a day of exploring and taking in the fresh air. The second bedroom, a double, is located before the en suite bedroom with the WC situated to the right of the bedroom. Please note that the bed can only be accessed from one side.
