This house is absolutely stunning, and immaculately clean. It has loads of character, and the decor is wonderful. Loved the village, close enough to go into Sherborne which is a beautiful town. The village of Yetminster is so pretty and fantastic for walking from the door, we covered miles.

This is the most beautiful house I think we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Very clean, warm and extremely comfortable. The art on the walls is amazing along with the furnishings. Everything you could ever need was there. The four poster bedroom was just lovely and the bed was so comfortable. I spent ages just looking at all the art on the walls and reading through some of the vast array of books. All in all I would highly recommend this house for a holiday. The trouble is......you never want to leave it!

A beautiful cottage steeped in history. We really enjoyed the location and being able to easily walk to the local pub and gallery tea room. The pretty garden was such an added bonus as we were lucky enough to have glorious weather too and able to sit out every day.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. The village is full of historic interest, and the core of the cottage is early 17th century. It is very spacious, stuffed with old furniture, paintings and books, yet with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Much more of a home than a holiday cottage. The nearest beach at Hive (gritty sand; National Trust managed) is 40 mins away on a clear run, and there is plenty of good walking from the doorstep. Enjoy!
