Welcome to Rose Cottage. The garden is located in front of a little stream, and is not fully enclosed, so please keep a watchful eye on the young ones and your four-legged friends.
The super comfy double bedroom overlooks the pretty garden.

The super little galley kitchen is fully equipped.
It's very easy to rustle up a fabulous meal with produce found in the village, or at local markets. (there are two steps leading up into the kitchen from the dining area).
The walls are full of fabulous art! Each one is very individual and painted by a local artist.
This little cottage has the most fabulous contemporary wood-burner, perfect for cosy evenings curled up with a book.
So warm and cosy.
The family bathroom has a bath with a fitted shower over.
All of the bedrooms have a little step leading into them.
The bunk bedroom is perfect for the children, and has a fabulous window seat.
There are beautiful throws, cushions and soft furnishings throughout the cottage.
The perfect little spot for a morning coffee.
Trevaunance Cove is a very short walk away.
There are twelve granite steps leading down to this gorgeous cottage, so care is needed, and a torch.
We love The Driftwood Spars, which is just down the road. They serve the most delicious Sunday roasts.
If you enjoy walking, a 'to do' is the coastal path walk to Chapel Porth, at low tide it is pretty stunning.

We had wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Some furnishings and equipment could do with updating but this in no way effected our holiday. Do check out The Taphouse and Peterville Inn for dinner, excellent food and service in both. Lovely walks all around St Agnes and surrounding area....

Very good location as central to st Agnes and close to the cove and coastal path. Definitely need to be agile for the steps down to the property.

A beautiful cottage in the most perfect location, between all the pubs with the St Agnes Hotel being our long standing favourite and the Taphouse, our favourite place to eat. The cottage is warm and comfortable, the most beautiful wood burner, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The steps to the cottage really are steep and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or a very old, big dog (in our case) however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot. ...
