Welcome to Rose Cottage. The garden is located in front of a little stream, and is not fully enclosed, so please keep a watchful eye on the young ones and your four-legged friends.
The super comfy double bedroom overlooks the pretty garden.
Lunch is served.
The light-filled open plan sitting/dining-room.
The super little galley kitchen is fully equipped.
It's very easy to rustle up a fabulous meal with produce found in the village, or at local markets. (there are two steps leading up into the kitchen from the dining area).
The walls are full of fabulous art! Each one is very individual and painted by a local artist.
This little cottage has the most fabulous contemporary wood-burner, perfect for cosy evenings curled up with a book.
So warm and cosy.
The family bathroom has a bath with a fitted shower over.
All of the bedrooms have a little step leading into them.
The bunk bedroom is perfect for the children, and has a fabulous window seat.
There are beautiful throws, cushions and soft furnishings throughout the cottage.
The perfect little spot for a morning coffee.
Trevaunance Cove is a very short walk away.
There are twelve granite steps leading down to this gorgeous cottage, so care is needed, and a torch.
We love The Driftwood Spars, which is just down the road. They serve the most delicious Sunday roasts.
If you enjoy walking, a 'to do' is the coastal path walk to Chapel Porth, at low tide it is pretty stunning.

Classic Cottage Holidays are AMAZING. They were unfortunately put to the test when I accidentally locked us out of the property !!!!! They put me at ease, gave me reassurance and dealt with the situation immediately. You don’t always know how good (or bad) a company is until there’s a problem. Thank you Classic you were wonderful.

Very comfortable crockery may be on last legs but Usable

Tucked away cottage, but still very much connected to the village and local pubs and bars. Nice little courtyard garden to sit in. Parking area was small and accommodated our hatchback car, anything bigger would have struggled. Easy walk down to beach with great coast path walks where we spotted seals.

We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Rose Cottage and how lovely that you saw seals on one of your walks! Thank you for your comment on the parking, should future guests struggle with the alloted parking space, there is a public car park nearby. Donna, Customer Support

Very nice cottage and great location. Expect some noise from nearby pub. Secluded rear garden but not dog secure.

A lovely location - but a poorly maintained property.

The cottage was in a great location. Very cosy and clean.

Really lovely cottage in a fab location for exploring coast and with good access to amenities. Lots of good pubs and places to eat in the village that you can walk to.

A delightful cottage in the woods but near to the beach, pubs and cafes. Shops just up the small hill. Fun to explore the unusual setting. Check your maps, you will be amazed. Slept so well, and it was nice to gaze out of the bedroom window at the pretty garden.

Lovely Bijou cottage Cosy with great attention to detail and very well equipped Thoughtful touches with fresh flowers, scones & cream ?? Very clean cottage , nice comfy beds and bedding The access to cottage is a concern if you have young children or anyone with mobility issues . I’d check with CC as wether suitable for your families needs . Over all a lovely cottage , well situated. It took us a 12 min walk downhill to cove & longer back as uphill .

Our stay at Rose Cottage was just perfect. The location is so good, especially being so close to the pub and restaurants. St Agnes is our favourite place, we had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday.

We found Rose Cottage to be perfect for our needs and ideal for our young children. Off road parking a huge benefit too. We'll kept and lovely extra touches, such as flowers.

We had a wonderful week at Rose Cottage. It is a beautiful cottage with everything you will need. We were fortunate to get lovely weather. The cottage stayed nice and cool inside, while the garden was a wee sun trap especially in the evening. The location is perfect, situated half way between the village and the beach.

We enjoyed stay at rose cottage we had a lovely time such a pretty little cottage very cosy and our little dog enjoyed it too we are coming back again for Christmas because we enjoyed our stay so much

Rose Cottage is a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. It is a wonderful mix of modern / highlighting the original features. We could not fault anything and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Really comfortable and cosy with lovely furnishings and decor. Beware of the steps to the property especially at night. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend. The village is great with all the amenities you need, especially liked The Peterville and St Agnes hotel. A very happy holiday!

Wonderful location everything within a few minutes walk. Beautiful and peaceful cottage great for chilling out. A bit awkward to access for people with mobility issues but a lovely place

We loved Rose Cottage, staying for a fortnight. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything in St Agnes, including the beach and great eateries. St Agnes itself a great location and we were able to explore lots of Cornwall easily. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children/teenager and the cottage easily accommodated our needs. Lovely furnishings, clean and off road parking. The village of St Agnes so friendly and beautiful.

Great stay in a sweet little comfortable cottage in a quiet location with an easy walk down to the beach. Two good pubs nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at rose cottage. The cottage is small but my husband and I and our two children found it perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and I was quite happy cooking some family meals. It’s excellent location allowed us to walk to the beach easily and explore the village. We loved popping round the corner to ‘The Peterville”. A beautifully decorated cottage in a stunning village. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Lovely cottage, well equiped and very conveinent for exploring St Agnes

Beautiful garden with lots of birdlife.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable and in a brilliant location. St Agnes is a fabulous village, where the people are friendly and the bars, restaurants, bakers and butchers all offer excellent produce and a high standard of service.

Rose Cottage lived up to our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay from start to finish. Great location,10 minute stroll to the beautiful Trevaunance Cove and stunning coastal walks which go on forever. We haven't visited Cornwall so late in the year before, so it was amazing to see the Atlantic Ocean so rough, absolutely breath-taking. Good dog friendly pubs within the village, recommend Petersville Inn , delicious food available and a stone's throw from the cottage. There's no shortage of places to dine out that's for sure! St Agnes itself is quaint, offering amongst other things, two village convenience stores, fish and chip shop, butcher's, bakeries, and fruit and veg shop, which also stock wood for the cottage wood burner. Rose Cottage is an excellent base for further exploring of the area, with so many beaches on offer and Cornish cream teas to sample. Highly recommended.

Lovely little cottage. We were very comfortable

Garden very cute.

Thank you to the owner for all of the little touches throughout the property.

Amazing little cottage, in a fantastic location and they have dogs! So all the family can enjoy the stunning area of St Agnes. Clean, tidy and modern, very comfortable and homely. Arrived to little extra touches of tea, milk and biscuits to make you feel welcome, especially after a long journey.

Ideal location as within easy walking distance to village and beach.

Spotlessly clean and kitchen well equipped.

Not for anyone that likes light and sun as under trees and very dark. Garden in shade most of the time.

We're really pleased that you enjoyed Rose Cottage. The pretty cottage garden has some well established trees and plants and for those who enjoy a little more sun exposure, Trevaunance Cove is just a few minutes walk away. Alison, Customer Support

Great location with parking. Quality furnishing and fixtures. Lovely garden. Tiny white cottage near to local village.

We had a fabulous week at Rose Cottage. It is very well located for the beach and village and very comfortably furnished . We are regular visitors to St Agnes and would definitely stay here again.

A gorgeous, cosy cottage that has a secluded feel as it is low lying. A beautiful woodland walk along the stream at the bottom of the garden.

Rose cottage is full of charm, a real home from home with Cornwall style. Superb facilities and a location that allows you to explore the beach, the bars and gorgeous costal walks. Not sure who enjoyed it more, me, the kids or the dog!

Pretty Cornish cottage in a central location. Lovely outdoor space for sitting out and parking which you don’t often get in St Agnes and it was a bigger space than what we expected which is a bonus when you have a family car.
The central location meant there was some noise from the neighbouring pub but you did have complete privacy

A very cozy welcoming cottage, close to everything but at the same time quiet and peaceful.

Rose Cottage is a delight! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Lovely dog friendly walks nearby and a pretty garden to relax in. We loved this cottage and can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose cottage! It is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable and so well decorated. We particularly appreciated the fireplace after a windy day walking on St Agnes' cliffs. The lovely Trevenance cove is at a stone throw and so is the village (15 and 10 minutes walking). The area is really charming, less crowded and wilder than St Ives or Newquay while not far by car (30 and 20 Minutes). We do recommand it!!!

A gorgeous, comfortable cottage in a fantastic location for all St. Agnes has to offer. You can have days without using a car and walk to a great beach, coastal path, shops, pubs and fantastic cafes and restaurants - the canteen is truly worth hunting down, Taste lived up to its reputation and the taphouse and little cafe on the corner by the cottage were both really good. The cottage and St. Agnes exceeded our expectations. We loved it so much we wanted to book it for June, but it was already booked. A wonderful week for the two of us and our little dog.

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed in this cottage, with the few exceptions stated in our Review Guidelines.
