We had a lovely stay at Beechwood. Great location, modern, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Loved our stay. Fabulous hosts who greeted us and made us welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Great enclosed area for our dog. Wonderful hot tub to relax in. Excellent wifi and netflix. Two lovely pubs within walking distance and lots of eateries. Lovely places within a short walk or drive to visit or eat out. We would definitely return to the cottage and the location.

Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Everything we needed was provided for. Owners very polite and approachable and always around when needed. The gardens are loverly, sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine, watching the boats coming and going from Newlyn. The private hot tub a brilliant feature along with a shelter to sit in on the more rainy of days. We have had lots of stays away and by far this is the best Cottage we have stayed at. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic little cottage. Beechwood is a wonderful place to stay. It's very comfortable and well equipped, with sea views from the garden and a lovely hot tub for you to relax in after a day out walking, what more could you want! We had the most wonderful holiday here. Thank you Sue and Col :-)

Lovely cottage in a great location just a short stroll up to the village of Paul or down the hill into Mousehole, the cottage is nice and clean and very comfortable, nice powerful shower in a spotless bathroom. A choice of areas to relax with a private area at the rear complete with the hot tub which is also spotlessly cleaned just for you, very pretty garden and sea views can be enjoyed from the front veranda which has a table and chairs to relax in while enjoying the lovely cream tea provided by the owners Sue & Col who will always greet you with a friendly smile and wave, thank you both for making it possible for us to stay during these difficult times and all your extra effort to make it happen.

We have found yet another new bolt hole...Classic Cottages keeps coming through for us with the properties they have and we always say ‘Now THIS is the best one!!’ I really don’t see how this could be topped though....really looking forward to booking again (hopefully without the teen!) We’d give a 7 ?? if we could!

We had a super stay at Beechwood, lovely little cottage with a parking space and a hot tub located in a quiet area of Mousehole just a short stroll from the harbour. Sue the owner was very friendly and helpful and met us on our arrival. We had a brilliant stay with sunshine and showers for our walks every day and loved just sitting down on the harbourside watching the world go by, hopefully we will be back when we are allowed to travel again.

Beechwood is a beautifully furnished exceptionally clean property in a great position in Mousehole, close enough for the village but just far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Parking space is an added bonus.

Lovely place to stay, so cosy in winter. We sat in the hot tub and looked at the stars. Mousehole was a great place to stay especially for the Christmas lights switch on, the whole town was so christmassy. Owners were really nice coming to say hello/goodbye and to make sure we were ok

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed a cosy Winter stay at Beechwood. A trip to see the Christmas lights in Mousehole and nearby Newlyn, with a fish and chip supper, is very much a Christmas tradition for many locals and visitors alike. Alison, Customer Support

Great cottage, fantastic location and very well equipped, lovely for a couple and a little doggie!

The property is beautiful and even better than the photos. I will definitely be returning.

The cottage was 5 star. On arrival there was a cream tea waiting for us which was great. The cleanliness and facilities at the cottage were excellent . The hot tub is obviously maintained regularly. Sue the owner was very friendly and called to see when we had settled in to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely visit again

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, beautiful surroundings. So welcoming and will definitely be returning.

Sue and Col have thought of everything when making this cottage available for holidays, from the perfect road directions to the picnic bag for taking out to the perfect hosts, friendly but not a constant presence. We had a lovely relaxing week in August. The location meant we could walk easily into Mousehole for breakfast, lunch, an evening meal, drink, newspaper or just to people, boat or seal watch in the harbour. We were also able to drive easily to local and further afield attractions and villages. We also walked to Penzance one of our days, and were grateful for the hot-tub and secluded seating to relax our weary legs.

Our stay was just wonderful. We'll be returning one day ??

Not only was the cottage excellent and perfectly as described Sue and Col were excellent hosts, even going the extra mile in offering to look after our dogs if we wanted to go off on our own for the day. We had a superb holiday and will definitely return.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Beechwood. The property has everything we could need, from a picnic rucksack to every kitchen utensil we could possibly require. Host was friendly but left us to get on with our holiday and it felt private, relaxed and comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Best holiday we’ve had in ages.

Situation was quiet, secluded andsea views from all rooms and very comfortable for two and the dog!

My wife and myself had a fantastic time at beachwood, the owners sue and colin are lovely people , beautiful place and location. Thanks for a great time Regards Tony and julie law

Perfect, Beechwood is a beautiful property and ideally located. Finished to a high standard with everything you could ask for and more, you certainly wont be disappointed. Our first visit to the area and chosen for a week of relaxing, going at our own pace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am glad we chose Mousehole and especially more Beechwood. From a warm welcome on arrival to a friendly farewell on departure our stay was much more than expected and delivered everything we could ask for. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beechwood, so much so we want to go back! Beautiful cottage in lovely surroundings, a short stroll into Mousehole.

We absolutely loved Beechwood! We had a fabulous welcome from Sue the owner who left a yum cream tea with a pot of her homemade jam. Beechwood is set up for a completely relaxing week. The property is welcoming and well equipped. The back garden is beautiful and extremely private with a hot tub which was very welcome on our returns from hiking the coastal footpath. The verandah was a great spot to relax and take in the sea view across Mousehole. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you. We would love to return.

Exactly as described, lovely little cottage in a beautiful area. Perfect holiday for myself, my fiancee and our dog.

We really enjoyed our time here, in a convenient location, beautiful surroundings and an absolutely lovely cottage! Would definitely recommend, like home from home.

Perfect stay in the perfect cottage. Everything that we could have required was there, the cottage was so well equipped and very homely. The hosts were fab and we had a lovely welcome of mince pies and some bubbles for our anniversary (as well as some home made doggy treats for our pooch) such a lovely touch. Great location, couldn’t recommend highly enough and we would definitely return.

The cottage had everything you could want and thought had gone into the presentation of the cottage.

Beechwood is an amazing getaway. We booked for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier with our break away.

Really lovely place to stay. Great location to walk to the harbour, helpful information provided in the welcome pack by Sue and Col. made us feel very welcome.

A little gem! Beautifully decorated and attention given to every detail. The Cornish tea on arrival was a lovely touch as were the treats for the dog! The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed kayaking around the bay and relaxing in the hot tub after. Sad to leave!

Beechwood is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday with exhilarating views down Mousehole harbour. The accommodation was very comfortable in all respects with the hot tub an extra bonus which was well used during our stay. Sue and Colin were the perfect hosts giving us a warm welcome with a scrumptious cream tea on arrival and their knowledge of the local area was invaluable in our search for the perfect day out. Our dog Molly settled in well to her temporary new surroundings and again received a special welcome. We were privileged to be only the second people to stay at Beechwood and confident that many more will revel in such a tranquil and enjoyable setting. On a final note Sue's home-made jams and preserves are a must! Don't leave without them. Pauline and David Brown & Molly
