We had a wonderful holiday in Goose Barn ... Such peace and quiet for two weeks was Just bliss . Steph and Chris had made us feel so welcome and were on hand if we needed them. The view of the orchard from the French doors leading out of the bedroom is beautiful . Loved watching the little rabbits and the Robin in the mornings . Steph had left us supplies to start us off and the sweet pea flowers were a lovely touch and they were refreshed at the start of our second week . Goose Barn is so very comfortable and great to come back to after a day's walking .. Most important too is that the bed is very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep . We did take our own fold up garden chairs which we used while we were there , the chairs outside at Goose Barn didn't look too comfy for a read or to sit on while having a BBQ which we did a couple of times. Reguarding BBQs Boscastle Farm shop does excellent meat and other good produce and lunches too . Goose Barn is in a great location for both the coast and country side alike . So much to see and do in a beautiful county . Many thanks Step and Chris .

The most charming comfortable and sweetest cottage I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Perfect for all activities whether surfing, walking, or just chilling. Really good food all around you and a perfect base from which to discover cornwall. Lots of beaches and within easy reach of must see villages, such as Port Isaac, Boscastle, Padstow, and Rock. Fishing and sailing courses and surf schools and an amazing farm shop, above Boscastle that sells the best meat etc that I’ve ever tasted! I liked everything and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. No complaints, everything was perfect! Fantastic holiday, thank you!

A really lovely cottage for 2, warm and comfortable. We loved how the fire was lit for our arrival on a wet and windy autumn night. Great location nestled above Boscastle with some excellent walking nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Goose Barn is a delightful hideaway for two. It’s very remote, quiet and the rooms are very generous in size. The heating is very efficient, we didn’t need to light the wood burning stove, and there is plenty of hot water. Although remote it’s not far to drive to Boscastle when there are shops for top up supplies.

Very peaceful, away from civilisation, warm and cosy and perfect for couples who need some ‘downtime’.
