Wow, what a view! This beautiful cottage enjoys fabulous sea views which will leave you mesmerised. Aptly named Chy an Mor, meaning 'house by the sea' in Cornish and originally a Coastguard's cottage, it is positioned on the coastal path in the pretty village of Coverack, and you will not need to venture far to have a wonderful holiday.
The cottage is perfectly set up for families and friends alike, the light and bright living space on the first floor has plenty of space for everyone, relax in front of the wood-burner whilst gazing out at the ever-changing view.
There is a large dining-table where you can enjoy a group meal at any time of the day, make sure you take it in turns to enjoy the view from here too. The well-equipped kitchen has a lovely serving hatch, you can see the view whilst making your morning cup of coffee from the coffee pod machine, or take a seat on the bar stool reflecting on the previous day's adventures. There is also a small snug, with games and a TV, which is the perfect hideaway for the little ones.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for groups of friends or families. Up a flight of stairs to the second floor you will find the main bedroom with a private dressing-area and a second bedroom, these tucked away bedrooms are lovely and tranquil. The luxurious family bathroom has a rain shower head and a beautiful bath where you can have a relaxing soak amongst the bubbles. The two further bedrooms are found on the ground floor, both with gorgeous plantation shutters, where you can lie in bed and look at the sea. There is also a lovely shower-room on this floor. Built with the hill behind, there are 49 steep steps from the parking-area but halfway down you will find a sunny slate terrace with sea views - an ideal spot to sit and unwind.
