Comfort and cleanliness were very good, and it was a nice warm house too. Happy to recommend this as a place to stay for families.

Holiday property to a high standard. Very spacious and well equipped for a family with two young children. The location is ideal for exploring Newquay and the surrounding area and very close to Porth beach. There is a great delicatessen a 5 minutes walk away called 'The Pantry' which we can highly recommend. The Gwenna Tearooms is also another find. On a wet day we went to the ten pin bowling alley at the Porth Lodge Hotel, again only a 5 minute walk from the house. I would recommend this property.
