This cottage is cute outside and cosy inside. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and warm in winter. It is well placed for access to Sherborne, the south coast and several National Trust properties. The owners are welcoming and available if you need anything, but otherwise leave you to enjoy your holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Pound Cottage and would happily stay there again. It was situated in a tranquil location with a wonderful view of the countryside. The cottage had plenty of character and was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners were very friendly too.

Beautifully situated cottage set in its own grounds with lovely gardens to sit out in. Easy to get to surrounding towns. Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Diana and Mike were very attentive hosts. Would love to visit again sometime.

The cottage is set in lovely surroundings. Scenic views from all windows. Ample parking. Very peaceful. Lots of places of interest to drive to. The owners were very friendly but not intrusive. It was nice to have a lovely garden which was private. We enjoyed the scones and cream awaiting our arrival.
