Lovely, lovely house in the most amazing garden and location. The house was sparkling clean and very cosy, with underfloor heating, a fireplace and a wood burner. There was lots of space for our family of four (with kids aged 9 and 11) to spread and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location felt incredibly remote yet close to many great sites: we enjoyed visiting the Seal Sanctuary and Trebah Garden, walking between the Lizard Point and Kynance Cove (watch out for hostile cows!), eating lunch at the Ferry Boat Inn and getting muddy at Roskilly’s farm. We would definitely stay at Treworgie Mill again and highly recommend it!
Mr Brown September 2020
Ideal location if you like a remote and peaceful spot. Prince of Wales pub nearby is permanently closed. Other nearby pub & New Inn& ; is not really walkable to many due to the hilly contours. Also landlord was trying to keep the pub interior off limits due to Covid. The outside seating arrangements under an awning was a bit scruffy. None of this affects the beauty of the property but does impact nearby amenities and dining out opportunities.
Mrs Bradford July 2020
This is a beautiful cottage with an amazing garden. We had a fabulous time and loved the stream.
Miss Wade July 2020
This was our third visit to Treworgie Mill and still love it just as much. It's in a very special place away from everyone and lovely and quiet. Our 2 cockapoo dogs love the garden and enjoyed playing in the stream as luckily we had good weather in July 2020. We enjoyed watching the birds of prey circling around and listening to the owls calling each other at dusk. Our favourite place to visit is Coverack a few miles down the road, a lovely small fishing village with the best coffee shop Archies Loft. If you find a very friendly springer spaniel in the garden staring through the door he belongs to the farm up the road (Treworgie Farm), he normally returns by himself but the farmer happily came and got him when we rang as he just wanted to get in and be petted and had been spooked by some noises that day (so not a regular occurrence).
Ms Lightbown July 2020
beautiful tranquil location, very comfortably furnished home, with exceptional lounge & bedrooms, all super high quality, wonderful to open the windows and hear the stream, so relaxing, great kitchen dining area for gathering together, loved the airing cupboard, great for drying the wetsuit etc. the garden is beautiful, peaceful and spacious, wonderful for dogs, children & all the family to gather, would highly recommend.
Ms Spencer July 2020
A beautifully furnished yet comfortable place to relax and unwind. To hear the stream in the lush garden is a joy. The wildlife is also amazing. We have booked again for next year.

Great cottage in a great spot with loads of privacy
Miss Wade August 2019
This is our second visit this year and we still love Treworgie Mill just as much. We love the location, down a narrow country lane which is very quiet and it's also very secluded. The garden is a huge bonus for our 2 cockerpoo dogs who loved to run around and play. Nice furnishing and a well looked after property. Coverack is not far away, a fantastic coastal fishing village with a great cafe, Archies Loft. We'll miss Treworgie very much and hope to return again.
Mrs Cranham August 2019
One of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in! The garden is delightful. A real gem.

We loved Treworgie Mill, the garden was fantastic and our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed running around and exploring. The house is in a nice secluded position, nicely furnished, we will definitely return when the weather is better!
Mr Bird March 2019
An attractive homely and welcoming property with plenty of space for humans and dogs. The garden is a delight and the boot room is a real bonus when you have a dog. If you want peace and quite in the country this place is perfect.
Mrs Dawson November 2018
This is our second stay at Treworgie. It is absolutely perfect in every way as a peaceful retreat for getting away from the busy chaos of every day life. Although tucked away in a private and secluded setting the villages near by are within walking distance and the locals are very friendly and welcoming. I think we will be regulars at the cottage for some time to come
Mrs Holt October 2018
Absolutely beautiful place to stay, we loved it. The interior decor made it so homely and lovely to return to each day. I have already been online and found the shop all the soft furnishings are from! It was very home from home for us. Immaculate and clean and well stocked with equipment. The grounds were fabulous our dogs loved it!
Mrs Dawson October 2018
We will certainly be regular visitors to this beautiful sanctuary. It has everything you need to escape the craziness of life. We have returned home feeling refreshed and rested and dreaming of our next visit.
Dr Woodhead September 2018
A fabulous location for some peace and quiet. We loved spending time in the idyllic garden and having family time in the beautiful house. Furnished to an excellent standard and well equipped Treworgie Mill is a lovely place to spend time and a perfect base for exploring the Lizard peninsula (Coverack, Kennack sands, Lizard Point, Kynance Cove, Roskilly's farm, The Cornish Seal Sancutary & St Michael's Mount all within around 30 minutes). We will definitely recommend & would love to come back.
Mr Davies August 2018
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Mill. It is beautifully furnished and the gardens are a delight to explore. WE will definitely be back !
Mr Tutill August 2018
Stunning, quiet and hidden-away. Treworgie Mill is in a beautiful location, conveniently placed to access the treasures of Cornwall. Decor and furnishings were top class; truly a place to unwind. Some great local pubs: The Prince of Wales in Newtown - excellent value and well-kept beer; The New Inn in Manaccan - delicious food and finally, probably our favourite, the Shipwright Arms in Helford - fantastic scenery and food.
Mrs Bartlett July 2018
We had the most wonderful week at Treworgie Mill which was equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard. The gardens were beautiful and the sound of the stream so relaxing. Cornwall is busy in August but to return to the cottage and totally relax at the end of the day was so lovely. I would highly recommend Treworgie Mill and we will certainly be back.
Mrs Fitzgerald July 2018
Beautiful cottage in idyllic location
Mr Houlden June 2018
delightful cottage and location - certainly want to come again and the dogs missing it already.
Mr Corking May 2018
Treworgie Mill.
We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, with my teenage son and golden retriever. Spell bound from the moment we stepped into the garden, where we hardly moved from for the rest of the week, so relaxing to unwind and let the flowers and fauna take over our senses. The stream became a great playing ground for my son and dog. Encountering a herb garden and fruit patch was an unexpected treat and greatly appreciated. Spring time is so pretty here.
The house so cosy and full of nooks and crannies with a few quirky touches. Up to date decor complemented the garden. Top quality furnishings with comfort in mind. Bonus having a boot/mud room. Wifi came in very handy for my sons school revision, not once did I hear him moan about a bad or slow connection.
Well done Karen for all your hard work, Treworgie Mill and garden is a splendidly impressive, and sumptuous hideaway. A fantastic place to stay. Can't wait to return.
