True comfort and luxury in a fabulously peaceful setting. Penny and David were wonderful ‘hosts’ leaving me in peace but always on hand if I needed anything. Warm welcome with delicious cake and proper ground coffee. Everything easy to use with helpful instructions for heating and appliances. Comfortable Hypnos mattress and bedding gave me the best nights sleep I’ve enjoyed for a while. I will certainly return! Thank you!!

A very comfortable and peaceful cottage, perfect for two and ideal base for travelling around Cornwall and surrounding areas. A lovely welcome with home made cake, fresh milk, coffee and tea, thank you Penny!

We will definitely return.

The cottage was very comfortable and cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice and warm, light and bright. Pretty seating areas in the garden. Great central location for visiting north and south coast. We loved it.

Really great holiday cottage for 2 people. Penny and David have done a superb conversion on the old farm building making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Penny's artwork matches the decor perfectly and is a delightful addition to the cottage.

The City AGA was a treat to use, and this is from someone who has had a 2 oven Aga in the past.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon.
