Waterhayes, overlooking the fabulous estuary at Appledore, is a brand new build property with a spacious contemporary interior.
This is the wonderful estuary view that you have from the first and second floors. Sit out on the balcony with a morning coffee and watch the changing tide.
Waterhayes is a stunning new detached house over three floors with two relaxed seating areas - one with a balcony to the front - and a huge deck to the rear.
The first floor has a spacious and very contemporary kitchen with the island as the sociable focal point for the family to gather around.
A five minute stroll takes you straight to the Quay with stunning views across to Instow and out to sea.
This is the first of the two linked reception rooms. This room has the dining-table and of course the balcony too.
Both the comfortable seating-areas have estuary views down across the houses and both have French windows to open up onto their balconies.
There is plenty of private parking at the front of the house, and a level grassy garden and deck at the back.
This is the en suite master bedroom on the second floor. The views are wonderful.
The master bedroom is really spacious - take care of the sloping ceiling to the bay leading to the window.
The en suite shower-room is filled with light from the Velux window.
This double bedroom is also on the second floor and also has wonderful far reaching views.
Another view of the second floor double bedroom.
This is its en suite bathroom.
This double bedroom is on the ground floor.
The room is bright, spacious and cheerful.
Next to it is the twin bedroom.
... and also on the ground floor, for these two bedrooms, is this lovely shower-room.
The utility-room is on the ground floor - very useful so that you do not have to have the washing machine in the kitchen.
Appledore has roots in its origins as a traditional fishing village and there is still much of that lovely atmosphere there.
Fizz on the balcony is a must !
This is the promenade at Westward Ho! Just 2 miles away. The sandy beach stretches for miles towards Appledore and there are rock pools at low tide.
As well as the sandy beaches, the North Devon coastline has cliffs and rocky coves to explore. This is Combe Martin
The Exmoor National Park meets the North Devon coast - this is a stunning section of the South West Coast Path.
Inland North Devon is beautifully rural and uncrowded.
