We enjoyed our stay very much.We we’re only 2 people so found it very spacious and warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the wood burner which felt like home from home.Mixed weather but convenient for visiting many places in North Cornwall. We would be happy to book this cottage again.

Beautifully decorated cottage, perfect for exploring Cornwall as a family. Loved the added extra of the beautiful bath. Ideal location; lovely, friendly village

Ruth’s cottage was a wonderful mix of character and modern. The bath was glorious, the garden perfect for sunny bbqs and St Teath was a lovely quiet corner of this patch of Cornwall. An excellent base for exploring Tintagel, Padstow, The Camel Trail, Bodmin Moor and lots of beautiful beaches. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Immaculate and beautiful. Thank you for providing all the essentials in the kitchen.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location for the coast. The bath is a treat and showers are also very good. The cottage is quite small with low ceilings particularly on the stairs. The village shop is handy for the basics.

Very comfortable quaint Cornish cottage. Fairly steep stairs. Very nice garden area with BBQ.

It's a very pretty and comfortable home in a great location to enjoy this part of Cornwall.

Ruth's Cottage is wonderfully equipped - a real 'home from home'. We loved our time there and had a fantastic week exploring the local area.

Beautiful and comfortable cottage in a very secluded area close to a gorgeous spot in North Cornwall, Port Isaac (only 15-20 mins by car) and short drive to gorgeous beaches. Superbly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely tray of Cornish tea & biscuits and fresh flower pots scattered around the house on our arrival, which made it very personal and classy. The art work is beautiful and goes perfectly well with the interiors. The bedrooms and bathroom (perfect bath tub) are warm and comfortable and there were enough soft towels for the whole family. The plus of having a very good washing machine and tumble dryer is also very convenient for families with little ones, as well as the safety stair-gate, available to use if needed. We definitely loved it and strongly recommend it. Mrs. Sara Galán

A charming, well appointed cottage in a great location. Our first visit but hopefully not our last.

We had a great time, lovely cottage and we felt really at home. A great base to see Cornwall and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely be visiting again - Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Ruth’s cottage which was so nice we struggled to leave each morning not able to decide between exploring the beautiful countryside and area or staying and relaxing in the cottage. Ruth’s cottage had a lovely balance of traditional features and cosy feel with an edge of modern technology. Very comfortable, clean and tidy and owner has a good eye for detail. Very well finished and presented and you can tell a lot of work gone into making the property just perfick! The owner was very welcoming and made us feel she was always there if we needed anything at all. Thank you so much for a wonderful family stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ruth's cottage. It is a lovely cottage in a very good location; a clean, characterful and comfortable cottage; and Debbie was a charming and helpful host.

We had had a fantastic weeks stay at Ruth's Cottage. It's beautiful, home from home, in a good location to go and explore our favourite places in Cornwall. We were greated by the owner Debbie on arrival and the treats left in the cottage when we arrived were a lovely welcome.

Very clean and tidy comfortable place to stay after days out in Cornwall

The standard of decor and features was exceptional and everything was spotlessly clean. Debbie was endlessly kind and accommodating and her artwork featuring sea scenes really added to the holiday feel of Ruth's Cottage. St Teath is really well located for Wadebridge, Camelford, Polzeath, Port Isaac, Tintagel etc. The village is pretty and everyone we met was very friendly. There is a useful shop and Post Office, a good cafe and a cosy local pub which served excellent hearty food.

If you are looking for an immaculate, luxurious and relaxing stay close to all the beautiful attractions in Cornwall, then look no further! Ruth's cottage is the perfect blend of old and new, with original features and stunning technology enhancements! A ten minutes drive from some beautiful beaches (Daymer Bay, Polzeath) and close to some gorgeous restaurants and cafes (Port Isaac, Rock). From Rock, you can get the ferry across to Padstow. The cottage is spotless and everything you could wish for has been thought of. This is the perfect bubble to get away from it all. Would highly recommend!

Anyone renting this cottage would not be disappointed. The location, the amenities within and the communication with owner was all outstanding.

Beautiful cottage with helpful owners. Nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.

Ruth’s cottage is an excellent holiday cottage, it is well located and furnished to a high standard with everything you need. I would recommend if you want a holiday in north Cornwall. The owner Debbie was very friendly and helpful.

Ruth’s Cottage surpassed our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and Debbie is a fantastic and very generous host.

We were very sad to have to leave a day early because of the snow, but would love to go back and visit again soon.

Ruth's Cottage was truly delightful. It had everything that we needed and had been lovingly restored to the highest standards. It was one of the best cottages we have stayed in; spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. We enjoyed the special features such as the mood lighting that we could control from our iPads and the huge copper bath in the ensuite bathroom. Debbie was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend Ruth's Cottage - 10 stars!

An absolutely stunning cottage in a little known part of Cornwall, perfectly situated to visit places like Port Issac and Tintagal. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, complete with its own peaceful cottage garden. The offer of Cornish tea, cake and scones were a perfect welcome on arrival. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you!

Ruth's cottage is very thoughtfully decorated and roomy. A nice location with lots of amenities readily or closely available. Good central location to travel to many popular places in North Cornwall.
