This was an amazing holiday! Hope Farm was everything it promised and more. Such tranquillity, beautiful walks in lovely grounds and an amazingly comfortable and spacious home, which was equipped with everything we could have needed. Lindsey, the owner, was so friendly, and there to greet us on arrival, and always on hand, if required, for any queries we had. The bottle of wine and the freshly home-baked scones she had left for us were very much appreciated.

Hope Farm is so beautiful that whilst we were still there, we already agreed on some dates for next year! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Hope Farm. The house was excellent for all nine of us, plenty of space. The children loved the grounds especially the fairy garden and alpacas. When the weather was bad hide and seek and table tennis in the house was great fun. The two small adorable children’s beds were very appreciated. My granddaughters loved playing under the stairs on the chaise lounge!

An idyllic setting with great character and more space than you will ever wish for in a home.

December 2018

An absolutely fabulous, large property in a superb location. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year and had an amazing time. In fact we did not want to leave. Enjoyed walking around and exploring the grounds as did our two dogs. It's a wonderful place for anyone wanting total rest and relaxation but not too far from civilisation if that's what you want. Lyndsey the owner met us on arrival to greet us and give a quick tour of the house. A lovely, friendly lady whom it was a pleasure to meet. There was nothing to dislike about this place. Everything was perfect. We would highly recommend and will hopefully stay here again.

September 2018

Wonderful huge inviting family house with so much space, sharing so much of Lynsdey's personal items! Even on wet days you don't feel as though you are missing out, with many board games and of course the table tennis! Our host Lyndsey, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and is an amazing person. The history of the house is so interesting and it's not everyday, you come face to face with Alpacas! Thanks also to Tony, who was also on hand to speak to. Brilliant for big family gatherings!

Enjoyed a quiet relaxing holiday in this very spacious rural property . Lovely friendly helpful owner . Large grounds to enjoy and explore . Great toy box enjoyed by the youngest member of our party and plenty of board games and table tennis to challenge everyone else . The wood burner was great in the chilly evenings .

Hope Farm is a beautiful property set in an exquisitely secluded location. It's a really great place to cut the motor and wind down!

The property has everything you need to hide away from the world and enjoy some family time.

The owner, Lindsey is very welcoming, and extremely responsive to any needs.

We had a great holiday!

A lovely tranquil setting with plenty of walks on tap - perfect for those with dogs!

Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the early evening you can just hear the birds, bees and call of the wild birds and animals.

Lovely big house which would suit larger families or gatherings as plenty of space.

April 2018

Wonderful place to enjoy the wild life, peace and quite, tranquillity and amazing undestrubed walks. Great house to take digs, even with the house being fully occupied your not in each other's space as the house is so roomy.

March 2018

Lovely house, great location.... very wet and boggy while we were there but it didn’t stop us having fun. The lake walk was lovely where we had a picnic lunch. The 2 mile walk around the property past the alpacas and sheep was amazing. The nearby Dragon Archery .... great.... The Gnome Reserve ....brilliant.

December 2017

Christmas at Hope Farm was amazing, from the moment we arrived we felt at home, the cosy log fire was lit for us, the Christmas tree was decorated, the homemade mince pies, wine and chocolates were very much appreciated. The stunning scenery at the farm was to die for, the friendly alpacas, ducks, peacocks and not forgetting the farm dog all kept us entertained, we stayed for all of Christmas and New Year and even after all that time we really didn’t want to go home!, hopefully we will return in the summer because Hope Farm truly is a little piece of heaven.

October 2017

The owner, Lindsey ensured we had a warm welcome on arrival and we felt very comfortable at Hope Farm. We appreciated the delicious goodies left for us and Lindsey even kindly left a special treat for our daughter who is vegan.
The house was spacious and well appointed with the main rooms overlooking the garden. We could see some of the Alpacas from the house and they were very curious about our spaniel when we walked passed them. We loved the walk around the grounds on paths and board walks, including the lake where we saw deer several times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to Hope Farm.
