This is a lovely cottage, well furnished and equipped. The garden is a real plus, especially with the dog. The beds are very comfy, and it's lovely having an ensuite with each room. There isn't parking at the cottage but a free car park is within a couple of mins walk, but the owner who lives next door and is very helpful, allowed us to drive through the paddock to unload on arrival. Would recommend this cottage to anyone

A very comfortable, well equipped and homely cottage, bang in the centre of the village, which suited our group of two elderly couples and our old dog down to the ground (she loved the large garden). Our initial concern about not being able to park next to the cottage was unfounded and in fact a bonus because we found ourselves setting off on long walks, which we may not have done if the car was outside the door. On the other hand the public free car park is literally 5 minutes walk away if you do want to drive and spaces were always available when we were there in mid May.

Beautiful little cottage. Phillpa the owner was so friendly and helpful. We will certainly be returning. The village is very welcoming with plenty of watering holes and cafes. The cottage was lovely and cosy even though the weather dropped to -6 on some nights.
