The cottage certainly met our expectations being spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean, good garedn space and parking. It was also well situated with a handy shop nearby in the holiday camp, good access on foot to Kennack Sands and Cadgwith (via the coast path) and good access by car to the main road between Lizard Village and Helston. The Cadgwith Cove Inn was very good for evening meals and we also went for evening meals to Coverack, Gunwalloe and Gweek. All in all we had a very enjoyable week with some pretty decent weather which enabled us to do a fair amount of walking. We did notice however that the cottage is up for sale so it may not be possible to visit again?

The Poplars is a charming exceptionally well equipped house. The host went that extra mile to make us feel welcome with a beautiful Cornish cream tea, Proscecco and chocolates. The Poplars is tastefully decorated and really comfortable. We loved every minute of our time there. Thank you ??

Lovely tastefully furnished cottage situated in quiet village within walking distance to Kennack Sands, would most definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage and a great base for exploring. Spent a wonderful week there and found lots of lovely places close by.

An absolutely gorgeous home from home - perfect for a cosy Christmas break! We were spoilt with two log fires, a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a lovely welcome tray complete with mincepies and, of course, clotted cream!

A very tastefully furnished, well-appointed cottage with all mod cons (and well-equipped kitchen for those who still like to play chef whilst on holiday!).

Very well located for the coast and exploring inland.

We very much hope to return!
