August 2018

Our stay at Lowen Gwel was enjoyed by all in our party of four generations including 4 children ages 4, 8, 9 and 11. The space was more than ample for all of us to spread out in and pleasantly surprising for a bungalow. The cleanliness was exceptional as was the well equipped kitchen and utility room. The bedrooms were very well presented with good quality linen and comfortable beds. The cows at the end of the garden were a delight as was the beautiful view from the back windows. A great central spot for all of our Cornish haunts.

August 2018

A very spacious property. There were 2 adults, 2 teens, and 3 young children in our party. Excellent kitchen facilities. Beautiful garden with a great view and daily visits from the cows in the field. All the comforts of home. Easy place to stay with young children. There was a brand new travel cot, with brand new bedding and a brand new high chair for our use.

We enjoyed our stay at Lowen Gwel great property and the local residents made you feel welcome.

June 2018

The bungalow is large and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. There is a large rear enclosed rear garden that was great for our 2 dogs. It is in a small village with lots of small dog walks but very narrow lanes and you must watch out for traffic. There is a spar shop 5 minutes drive away. Larger supermarkets are about 25 minutes away that include Sainsburys, Asda and Morrisons. It is quite easy to reach the main roads that leads on the bigger towns. We very much enjoyed Fistral beach near Newquay. We had a great holiday despite the heat wave!

May 2018

A comfortable, spacious, well-equipped bungalow. The garden was lovely and peaceful and the weather kind enough for us to make use of the barbecue which had been provided. All three of our family had a very enjoyable week.

Lowen Gwel is an outstanding holiday bungalow with everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is dog friendly and the garden is very secure which was great. Lovely quiet location with friendly locals. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.
