This wonderful, modernised family house is located along the Seaview Duver just a short walk from Seaview Village and the Yacht Club. Tides Reach has a stylish open plan living/dining-room with fantastic sea views, ideal for larger families to congregate over meal times and plan days out.
Leading off the living/dining-room there is a charming sun-room with seating for four, overlooking the lovely mature garden and Seaview Nature Reserve. There are four bedrooms, a double and a twin room on the ground floor and a twin and large double situated on the first floor. There are plenty of bathrooms to cater for everyone; on the first floor the opulent main bedroom has an en suite, plus another family bathroom. The ground floor has another family bathroom and a separate WC and the lower ground floor also has a separate WC.
The owners have created a peaceful relaxing space on the first floor landing, with a sofa to sit and savour the sea view and passing boats.
