This delightful farmhouse sits across the courtyard from the owner's home and small-holding.
The cosy sitting-room with two sofas around the open fire.
The dining-room has a library full of interesting books and a feature/ornamental fireplace (not a working wood-burner).
Sea views can be enjoyed from the garden.
The master bedroom has 'zip and link' beds which can either be made up as a super-king double or twins. There is a single bed in this room too.
The well-equipped kitchen. Please note that there is a step down into the sitting-room.
The views across the fields as you come down the driveway to the farmhouse, with Godrevy Lighthouse in the distance.
Stairs up from the dining-room to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed.
Traditional furnishings make this a comfortable and welcoming cottage.
Bedroom 1 is spacious and the single bed is hidden away on the opposite side of the room.
This bed has sea views from the little window.
The spacious bathroom with shower cubicle and bath, there is also a separate WC on the ground floor. (Please note that due to the locality the water pressure can be sensitive).
The landing with doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom.
The bright conservatory is a fabulous place to relax in.
A perfect spot for breakfast.
Looking through to the kitchen from the sitting-room, the original slate floor is a little uneven in places and there is a step up into the kitchen.
The sitting-room is between the dining-room and the conservatory.
The sandy beaches at Gwithian Towans stretch for three and a half miles.
The garden is to the rear of the farmhouse.
A comfy chair by the feature Rayburn (not working purely for decoration) and a toy and games cupboard in the corner.
The sea views can also be enjoyed from the small window in the bathroom.
The kitchen leads through to the larder, cloakroom and the back door into the garden.
Come and meet the other residents at the farm, the pretty Jersey cows. The owners are happy to show you around if you would like.
