An excellent apartment with everything you need on your doorstep.

Fabulous apartment and so convenient for walking into Falmouth. The views from the sitting room and roof terrace were stunning! The flat was welcoming and had every thing needed for a fantastic time away.

Tall Ships has a stunning view overlooking the harbour! It is conveniently located near the high street so shopping, dining and excursions are very convenient. Kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you would need. Bedrooms are spacious and the entire place is clean, tidy and organised. Worth for a come back in the future! ????

Ideal location. Lovely upstairs room with balcony and great views. Well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Great website which allowed us to quickly identify several options and then select the best holiday cottage for us.

Perfect for Falmouth town centre yet because of the views and roof terrace you feel you are in your own special little world. Beautiful new kitchen and high standard of furnishings make this an idea getaways for groups of up to 4. Onsite parking easy to figure out after the first run and not far from the main road through Penryn so easy to get out and explore in the car or walk to the train stations. We are already planning our return!

The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. It is tastefully decorated throughout. However would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as on 4th floor from car park with no lift.

This is a beautiful apartment with incredible views and conveniently positioned with parking. Well decorated.

This apartment was stunning with incredible views over Falmouth. Location was great for shopping, dining out, seeing local attractions and stepping onto the coastal path. The roof terrace was exceptional. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and very comfy.

Great recommendation from our daughter's friend, Liz at Classic.

Excellent location if only there were less steps up to the apartment it would be perfect

Everything was as stated online. Extremely well equipped. Great location and views.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment offers an unrivalled view across the harbour. It is comfortable and has all the essentials one needs on a short break. The kitchen is a little dated, but has everything you need and is clean and tidy. The location was just right for us - only a short walk into town passed some interesting shops and independent cafes. Being a top floor apartment there are a few stairwells to contend with and there and from the apartment block to the main road into town are a further set of steps. This may not be for everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at Tall Ships. Last minute booking but it exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful - stunning views overlooking Falmouth and the Fal estuary. Easy walking distance into Falmouth, although it is uphill on the way back! Flat was well fitted out and provided everything we needed.

Fabulous views from a fabulous property within easy walking distance of the town and all amenities.

Great week again, topped off with excellent weather made the stay so much better.

The property was excellent and exceeded all expectations. The views were fantastic and the level of decor was superb. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Fabulous location, high standard of furnishings and fittings, the terrace overlooking the harbour is a place where you could spend hours. Loved it.

We had a fabulous week staying at Tall Ships. The property was beautiful, comfortable, has stunning views and offered everything we needed for our holiday. Great location too, with loads of entertainment, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Excellent location for town and lovely views from the roof and the lounge. Apartment itself is very peaceful and nicely decorated in lounge and bedrooms.

Despite the appealing location and pretty pictures Tall Ships failed to deliver the level of comfort and facilities we expect, especially bearing in mind the comparatively high weekly rental. Spotlessly clean but the lounge/dining area need a big overhaul to bring it up to what we consider a standard commensurate with the rental. It would not need much of a spend to do so - probably 2 weeks rentals!

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch - we were interested in your suggestions for upgrading the sitting-room and we've shared them with the owner as he's already planning some big improvements to this room over the winter months. It's great to hear that the property was especially clean and you enjoyed the location. Tanya, Customer Support

* UPDATE SPRING 2018 * The sitting/dining-room has been extensively redecorated over the winter months; the soft furnishings have all been re-upholstered, a new Smart TV has been provided, new blinds have been fitted and new pictures hung to all enhance the lovely nautical theme - please take a look at the interior photos which show the new decor.

The views of Falmouth Habour from the sunroom patio are spectacular, I could sit there all day and watch the world go by.

Lovely perfectly furnished apartment in central position, with stunning views of the bay.

Fabulous views, superb clean well equipped apartment. Many thanks for a wonderful week. Mark & Caroline.

The "Cottage" with the best views in the Falmouth area.

Probably the best view of any accommodation we have ever rented.

A delightful, quality apartment with excellent facilities within a great location.

Tall Ships is a wonderfully comfortable and well equipped apartment. The views are stunning and ever changing, whatever the weather. The roof terrace is great, it's just a pity that the weather we had stopped us from using it as much as we would have liked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the peace and quiet was fantastic and the views were outstanding.

This is a wonderful apartment very well equipped though most of which was not used by ourselves. Wonderful view and in the summer must be fantastic to sit on the top deck. However be prepared for a climb up the many steps to reach the property. We had a great stay very warm and comfortable despite the strong winds.

We're so glad to see that you enjoyed your stay at Tall Ships. It is a second floor apartment, and there are four flights of stairs in total from the parking area to reach the apartment (see description) and a spiral staircase to the sun lounge, but we're sure you'll agree that the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace are worth every step. Excellent property in beautiful surroundings.

Really lovely apartment, very comfortable with all the essentials provided (well stocked kitchen, wifi, TV, shower) with fantastic views across the harbour. Good location for visiting all of Falmouth (Castle, Beaches, Town) if you don't mind walking up hills/steps but not an issue for us. Can easily drive to these locations from apartment if don't fancy the walk. We had a very enjoyable week.

This property proved to be a real 'home from home'. It had everything you would have at home, and the wifi was a real bonus. The details had made it perfectly clear that the steps could be a problem, but despite my husband having had major surgery late last year, and I had had a replacement knee three months ago, it was all worth it, once you opened the door to the apartment. We spent as much time as possible on the top deck with our telescope, just enjoying the general ambiance. Thank you to the owners

What a find, a wonderful place to stay, the views from both the lounge and roof top terrace are amazing. Well within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Attractive interior, pleasantly furnished and spotlessly clean.

Absolutely fabulous. The central location was great - could walk easily around town. The place itself was just lovely - well furnished and very comfortable with great views of the harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

The highlight is the panoramic view from the roof terrace. You can watch all the activity in the harbour.

We chose this property for the location close to my daughters home, Falmouth Town and the most amazing vista's, also the parking was a bonus, as parking can be difficult in Falmouth. There is too much crockery and stuff in the kitchen cupboards and no where to store actual food/dryfoods stuff. The fridge a bit small if there was 4 adults staying but for two it was fine. Extra Towels like hand towels in the bathrooms, would be a benefit.

Lovely property , stairs to property not for the faint hearted

A wonderful and very homely apartment, with fantastics views where there was always something going on. First time we had been to the area and the apartment made an excellent base and we would certainly recommend this accomodation, as we would love to go back again.

We have been going to Cornwall for many years, and have used accommodation from self catering, caravans and hotels. Tall Ships did exactly what it said in the brochure. We had a fantastic time in the area, and the accommodation was first class in all aspects. We would recommend Tall Ships without hesitation, and would return if there were four of us in the group. The brochure comment about the steps/stairs is fair, although you can enter the building at the mid-point, with the car parking at the underground level. The brochure description is complete, although we felt the views from the sun terrace were magnificent, so if anything have been understated.

A wonderful holiday at Tall Ships. Everything that we needed is here. It would be hard to find another property of this standard with such an amazing view and convenient location. The safe on site parking is also an advantage. As long as you are able to manage the 40+ stairs to the front door I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
