This family,of three generations, had an idyllic holiday at Hussey’s Farm. Perfect if you’re looking for plenty of space both inside and out. Could not fault it. And so many interesting places to visit.

May 2019

Lovely homely house, with all needs catered for. The information folder was very informative! Absolutely gorgeous, exhausting walks well detailed. Quite a distance to local shops, but award winning cream tea quite close by and well worth a visit. The age range of our party was 4 1/2 months to 64 years and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Hussey’s Farm. Our pizza challenge, pool and table tennis tournaments, piano lessons, cooking on the fabulous aga, water pistol fights and thrilling zip wire descents have made lasting and very happy memories for us all ( apart from the baby!)

Lots of space, great location, great if you are after peace and quiet

December 2018

Excellent rural location with room to park several cars in single file. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is a great place to hang out and chat round the long table. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful and the excellent games room adds another dimension. 2 fridges and 2 freezers enable you to buy in supplies to withstand a siege. The ground floor bedroom with wet room across the corridor proved invaluable for my elderly mother and 3 generations were very happily accommodated for a week.

Highly recommended property, lots of space in a quiet location, fabulous amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Husseys farm.

August 2018

Husseys was fabulous really and although none of us had ever used an Aga before we eventually got our head round it.The outdoor activities were really good and the zip wire was used every day by the four teenagers in our group. The games room became their headquarters which was great for us so we could have a singalong to the piano or a G+T out in the garden! The pizza oven was wonderful and we all made and then cooked our own pizzas,so that was a pleasant afternoon doing something different. The B.B.Q.was very good too and after a lovely day out in Beer swimming we all came back with good appetites! All in all a truly great holiday was had by us all and we were a very mixed age party with ages ranging from 13 to 76! One of the best things about it was the youngsters never gave their electronic devices a thought, which was one for the book.Thank you Husseys we will remember you with fond memories.

August 2018

We have the most wonderful week at Hussey’s Farm. The property exceeded our expectations and although there was a lot to do in the surrounding area, we really enjoyed just spending time at Hussey’s. The pizza oven and zip wire helped while away may happy hours.

May 2018

It was tranquil the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with family.

October 2017

Outstanding house with great facilities. Particularly suited to our party which had children from a wide age range. Plenty of spaces to escape to for some quiet time and fabulous communal areas. The bathrooms were of a very high standard as was the decor throughout. Welcomed by a very friendly and informative housekeeper - we were also delighted to find our fridge stocked with basics and a lovely homemade cake.

Our whole party agreed that Hussey's Farm is somewhere we would like to return to vet soon.

August 2017

We had an excellent holiday at Hussey's Farm. The gardens are beautiful and the house is fabulous. Lots to do if the weather isn't great for getting out. BBQ & pizza oven were a hit with us all (4 adults, 4 children). Will certainly recommend!

July 2017

We had a brilliant week at Hussey's farm. Set in an isolated spot in the beautiful Blackdown Hills, the house was spacious, immaculately presented and well equipped. The outdoor space in particular was amazing, with so much to keep us all entertained. We would happily come again.

April 2017
