highly recommend this cottage for a holiday. Beautiful village setting. Cottage is warm and cosy with some wonderful historic features. A wonderful conservation and restoration. Also, near some really nice eating places and central for visiting Shepton, Glastonbury and Wells.

The cottage is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The log burner was gorgeous and there was a welcome supply of logs and kindling and good instructions on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped even with a nespresso machine. The bed is comfy. The stairs are steep and headroom in the bedroom limited, so the cottage is not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay - it certainly is a beautiful renovation of a very old property and perfect for a winter break! The steep stairs and the sloping ceiling upstairs (see bedroom photo) are original features, but could present a challenge for some guests - our Bookings team is always on hand to chat through any concerns and to help to find the very best cottage for our guests.
