We visited Ida Cottage for a week in June with glorious weather. The cottage is well appointed and comfortable and made a relaxing base for the holiday. The location is very handy for exploring with north and south Devon coasts being accessible in an hour as well as being on the edge of Dartmoor. We also travelled across to Torbay and into Cornwall to visit the Eden Project (both about an hour and half trip) The grounds of the cottages on the farm are lovely and tranquil with the sound of the stream flowing near the property and plenty of lawn / field space to relax in. Some good local pubs for a meal (really recommend the Bearslake Inn) and Tavistock is easy to get to for shopping...

This is an absolute must if you are visiting Dartmoor. The cottage is very spacious, well decorated, warm and the surroundings are exceptional!! The kitchen is well equipped and the bed so comfortable. The river in the garden is magical, you can hear the bubbling water from the cottage if you have the windows open and it is so relaxing. There is a lot of garden to enjoy and a lot of thought has been put in to how guests can enjoy themselves with table tennis, table football and barbecue facilities. I would thoroughly recommend staying here - summer or winter - the whole year!! We will definitely be returning with our dogs to carry on exploring this fantastic area....

A great location for a comfortable base for our walking holiday. Cottages beautifully equipped and quiet and accessed down a good farm track into a peaceful valley. Lots of space inside and out and clearly a lot of thought has gone into providing comfort and entertainment (table football, table tennis, trampoline etc). We all want to come again....

Our 4th visit to Wringworthy Farm. Well equipped holiday cottage, comfortable beds with quality bed linen and towels for a relaxing stay. New addition of games room, with table football and table tennis, plus plenty of safe space to run around ,play football for pre school children. Great location for National Trust properties, Buckland,Castle Drogo and Cotehele. Tavistock with great independent food shops, butcher, cheese , deli for holiday meals. ...
