Location was stunning. The pretty rustic seaside decor was lovely and quaint. All our needs were met and we were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and carefully thought out.

Definitely book this cabin. It is so nicely furnished and although small has everything you need. We were a family of three and it didn’t feel cramped. The outside space is great and I can imagine in the summer you would spend all your time out there. Can’t wait to visit again.

This cabin is absolutely fabulous, although small, the views are spectacular. It has everything you need, king size bed, good shower, and kitchen with dishwasher. It was immaculately presented and very well appointed. We will certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, it was small but had everything we needed. We took our teenage daughter and dogs and they loved it too. The outside decking area and view are absolutely fabulous. Great location.

We will book again, thank you, Lorraine and Alan x

This is a dream location for swimmers and walkers. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and the water wonderful to swim in at anytime of the day. The steep cliff access path ensures the beach doesn’t get overcrowded and on some days we almost had this beach to ourselves! There are a variety of walks to local villages for essential supplies, coffee, lunch/dinner. We loved the organic vegetarian cafe in Milbrook which also had fresh sourdough bread every day: a 5km round trip. Kingsand and Cawsand as well as Crafthole were also lovely walks with great options for food and drinks. There is a fabulous vegetarian takeaway in Downderry: Somethink Different, which did fantastic fresh juices and wraps, sandwiches etc. A brilliant pit-stop when out walking. The cabin is small but has everything you might need for simple living. The best of the space is outside on the large decking area. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. We were lucky to see the dolphins in the bay twice on our visit: absolutely wonderful! We stayed for three weeks and really loved Rockwater Cabin and hope to return.

We return here time & time again and it always makes us happy & relaxed. We just love Rockwater!

One of the best spots that I have seen so far

Brilliant location, relaxing getaway and hideaway - do NOT spread the word! But be warned it is even smaller than the pictures suggest and the path down from the road is not suitable for everyone.

Views to take your breath away every morning. Really well designed and decorated for such a small space.

A great location and lovely little house, we had a very good time, there's everything needed in the cabin, plus it's well organized and pretty. And we could come with our little dogs!

Excellent location with amazing views. Cabin is in an ideal location with a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and definately book again.

Fabulous terrace with spectacular views . Warm , quaint and cosy 1930ties cabin. Private and relaxing ( no WiFi and barely any signal) Don’t take to much clutter as there is a narrow steep access . We shall return.

Thank you again lovely Rockwater, you always deliver on comfort & location. Thoroughly recharged our batteries before Christmas! See you next year.

The views are amazing and you will leave super fit after hiking up and down the cliff location.

Wonderful views in a quiet Location.

A beautiful well equipped cabin, in a great location.

Thank you very much for this amazing time in an absolute wonderful cottage... We didn´t want to leave at all! The view is the best we ever had and we felt very home from home in this cozy house. We definitley would like to come back!

A fabulous little cabin in a fantastic location. Can’t fault it

We just loved Rockwater Cabin. So much so I really didn't want to leave... It's tiny but so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and extremely well equipped as well as spotlessly clean. The way the sun drenches every corner of every room and the glorious terrace overlooking that fabulous bay, it really is a very special place. We walked a great deal but always happily came home just to sit and stare at the sea, lulled into naps by the hypnotic sound of the waves below. We sincerely hope to return.

Running out of new things to say on our 5th visit! We were so lucky with the weather and managed to eat out on the deck in January! Our dog loved having the beach practically to himself. We didn't need to drive to anywhere else as Rockwater & it's surroundings had everything we needed to have the perfect weekend celebrating our daughter's birthday.Thank you again Rockwater, see you soon.

We stayed during storm Callum in October 2018. We didn't go out for two days due to the storm but once we had food there was no need to go out. Upon arrival the heater was left on, so the cabin was nice and toasty. The cabin has a calm vintage feel with all the utensils needed. It was like a home from home. The decking area, with the views of the sea and its surroundings are absolutely amazing! Although the wind from the storm was very strong, nothing from the decking area moved and the cabin felt very strong and sturdy!

We had a wonderful romantic and relaxing 3 nights and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent cabin in unrivalled location. Set in a lovely undiscovered area this cabin has everything you need for a chilled out coastal break.

Amazing amazing amazing!

The interior is just as beautiful as the exterior!

We arrived on a grey windy day and stepped into this haven of peace warmth and cosyness. From the clean painted floor boards to the snuggly blankets, the fire and the fairy lights. We needed a few days to catch up with each other and rock water cabin was the perfect remedy. Even if it was blowing a gale outside,it didn’t matter. Rock water was the perfect escape. Thank you.

Our 4th visit to the gorgeous Rockwater Cabin.....that says it all really!

We had a fantastic and dramatic few days, watching - and sleeping through - Storm Brian! Cosy and warm in mid-October, with great views. What else do you need?

Very pretty loved the view felt comfy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rockwater cabin, fulfilled all our expectations. Thank you.

It was just a remarkable setting with an incredible view throughout each day no matter what the weather.

awesome cottage

A little piece of heaven with spectacular, unspoilt views over the ocean

Our third visit to this delightful cabin. This time our daughter came with us and she fell 'in love ' with it too. Lovely family time spent in a perfect location. Cosy, well equipped and immaculate as always Rockwater has everything you need with lots of extra touches too. We keep saying we'll be this space!!!

A big thank you to the owners for listening to suggestions and changing things, e.g. heightening the kitchen bench to accommodate the vegetable rack underneath and providing table and chairs and sun loungers for the deck. We said we'd return, we did and we will again....stunning location

Path to the cottage can be a bit tricky at times especially when carrying luggage bags etc.

We hope you had a great stay at Rockwater Cabin - the clifftop location is unique, and in this instance that means the access is down an uneven track which we appreciate is more difficult when carrying bags, but we hope you agree the fabulous views are worth the effort. Tanya, Customer Support

Idyllic place for peace and relaxation. Fabulous honeymoon destination. Our little pooch loved it also. Thankyou x

We absolutely loved our holiday at Rockwater Cabin and are looking forward to coming back soon!

An idyllic location and charming cottage, very peaceful with stunning views.

Rockwater cabin is amazing for a short break, with stunning sea views in a tranquil location. It's tiny, but the owners have provided everything you could possibly want for a wonderful stay.

Rockwater Cabin is stylish in its own unique way. It offers tranquility and inspiration.

We had the most relaxing time at Rockwater Cabin and our holiday came to an end far to soon, would loved to have stayed longer! There was nothing they had not thought about for a comfortable stay and they had made sure you could make the most of the amazing views. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful, peaceful property with a stunning view. We can highly recommend!

Don't want too many people to hear of this idyllic cosy cabin as we may not be able to get booked in future, but hope to return again and again please! Going to sleep and waking to the sound of the sea, the views, the warm welcoming feel are just perfect and relaxing, we could watch for the tide going out from the deck and then be down there in minutes, which suited our dog to a tee!! This place felt loved and we now love it too!! Thank you
