Looking across from Ned's to the Church of St Pancras, known as the Cathedral of the Moor.
It is worth looking around the Church of St Pancras.
The village is in its own little valley with the moors sloping up and away in all directions.

Tardis near the Tor This cleverly adapted compact cottage manages to give guests all the facilities they need in the heart of a charming and friendly village. The views of the hills one way, the celebrated village green the other - when lying in bed - take some beating. To be able to walk from the cottage up to the Tor, and to have so much to explore in walking or short driving distance was a delight. This property is in a great location for exploring Dartmoor and the Devon coast and the village has two very good pubs,however it is very small and in our opinion is for one person and a large dog or two people with no dog or a very small one.
