Level access from the parking-area leads into a big kitchen/dining-room where a pale blue Rangemaster cooker will delight keen chefs and have them donning an apron in no time! There is a separate utility-room with dishwasher and washing machine/drier, and a shower-room with a drench-head power shower. The bedroom/sitting-room is wonderfully spacious with a high apex ceiling, a super comfortable super-king size bed and a sitting-area with Smart TV, meanwhile patio doors lead out to a private, fully enclosed garden.
There are restaurants, shops and galleries five miles away in Falmouth or Truro and the superb north coast surfing beaches are just 20 minutes by car.
