The sailing mecca of Falmouth is just a short drive away and has a plethora of independent shops, cafes and art galleries.
Also a little further afield, you'll discover St Agnes, a vibrant coastal village with a fantastic butcher, local craft shops, lots of delicious bistros, and of course the fabulous beach that is Trevaunance Cove.
Cornwall's little city of Truro is within a short drive away too.
Hopping on the King Harry Ferry over to the Roseland is a fun trip.

If you like privacy and quality. Then this is the place for you. Fern definitely had a 5 star feel to it. Very large and spacious property. Good parking outside. The hot tub is fabulous on a night looking at the stars above. Also even tho fern is a semi detached you are very private in the hot tub . The pool is great because you have it to yourself booking is easy a book is in pool area to get a slot. All in all we would highly recommend this property. We have already booked for next year ...

We have just had a fantastic week staying in Fern. The accommodation was superb and the swimming pool was great for a relaxing swim after a full day’s walking and sightseeing. Recommend visiting “The Hidden Hut” cafe, The Castaway restaurant and The Pandora Inn. We will definitely be returning! ...

This is a hidden gem in a very quiet and rural but really convenient location. Lovely local produce available from neighbouring family run small nursery . Beautiful secluded setting in amongst the trees and spacious grounds. Loved the pool and tennis facilities and great private hot tub facilities. Fern was very spacious and really cosy with quality appliances, super wi-fi and TV reception and the biggest, most comfortable bed! Owners and cleaners very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the welcome items and the personal gift to mark our special celebration. Wonderfully relaxing stay - we'd love to return....

I had great hopes for this property, but it didn't feel like luxury to be honest. Also the hot tubs should be cleaned on the handover day, ours wasn't cleaned before we arrived, cleaned on Wednesday even though we stayed till Saturday, and wouldn't be cleaned before the next people. We won't stay here again! ...

We're so sorry that this property didn't quite hit the mark for you on this occasion. The owners inform us that the hot tubs are cleaned on changeover days and when needed during the week.
