Cosy, contemporary cottage which more than fullfilled our expectations! Finished to a high standard with a well equipped kitchen and a great shower room. Although we didn't have the wood burner on it would have been lovely in the winter. Great cottage, in an ideal location for seeing north and south coasts of Cornwall. Only 2 miles from the beach and about 7 miles to the nearest surfing beach. Good pubs around as well, one within walking distance.

We had an enjoyable week in Cornwall visiting old haunts and discovering new places. The cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable and an ideal base to explore this area of Cornwall. However, it needs to address some minor issues which let it down somewhat.

Paula and Tony were lovely, they really made us welcome. The cottage is clean, tidy and well furnished, situated in a very good location, giving easy access to all of our favourite places. To list but a few: Chapel Porth Beach, St Agnes, Porthleven, Falmouth and St Mawes, Charlestown, and Fowey, beautiful coastal walks and gardens to visit. The Miner's Arms pub has good pub food and very friendly staff, well worth a visit.

Homeland cottage is beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. A very warm welcome from the owners who left a lovely cream tea on arrival. They explained the area and amenities and provided items to borrow such as wind breakers. There are stunning beaches within a short drive. I would definitely recommend the cottage and location,

We very much enjoyed our stay at Homeland. The reception was very warm and welcoming and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our children had lots of space outside to play and enjoyed seeing the horses. Recommendations of the owners about places to see were excellent and grately received. Our week at Homeland passed far too quickly and we wished we could have stayed another.
