Ms Lowe June 2023
Enjoyed our stay at Carzantic chapel barn.Narrow roads to get to the cottage a bit awkward if u meet another vehicle, but is to be expected in the south west. The directions to get to the cottage where spot on.
Mrs Glasson May 2023
Highly recommend staying at this accommodation. Very comfortable beds and relaxing after a day out. Quiet location and everything you could possibly want is catered for. Quick access to a30 and other major roads. Also great for walking if inclined.
Mrs De Tisi April 2023
This is a pretty, comfortable cottage with a lovely garden, which our dogs really enjoyed. It is quite remote and you need to get in the car to do anything. However the local narrow lanes are very quiet and are pleasant for an evening stroll with the dogs.
Mr Morrison April 2023
Lovely peaceful modern cottage; good parking; great location; good local walks; make sure you check out the local farm shops for good food.
Mr Richards July 2022

Miss Hatcher May 2022
COMFORTABLE, WELL-EQUIPPED COTTAGE IN BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL LOCATION. FANTASTIC LARGE AND ENCLOSED GARDEN PERFECT FOR OUR DOGS. LOVELY COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS. USEFUL OUTSIDE TAP.
mr cassar May 2022
Owner is very friendly but not intrusive at all. Property is in a lovely position, overlooking rolling fields and hills. It's on a country lane with hardly any traffic and the only sounds are of birds and cows. But it's also within easy reach of the main A road so the north coast beaches, Bodmin Moor and Launceston are accessible. The enclosed garden is brilliant for dogs.
Mr Howes April 2022
Cottage needs a bit of TLC.

Mrs Woolman April 2022
A very relaxing, restful stay in a comfortable, well equipped cottage. Location, nearby walks and views were superb. Our two dogs enjoyed the safely enclosed garden. Highly recommended if you want a quiet, laid back holiday.
Mrs Howard March 2022
A very comfortable cottage with amazing views and a fully enclosed garden, with table and chairs to sit out if the weather permits. Helpful but non intrusive owner. The kitchen was fantastically equipped…better than my own home! Useful to have a shed for storage. We had a very happy memorable family holiday and our sons dog was made very welcome too. We would love to return so that says everything about the cottage.
Miss Tidmas March 2022
This cottage is the perfect place for peace and tranquility. The garden is a great space and birds a plenty. Plenty of places on the doorstep to visit and the coast line just 20-30 mins driveaway. Bodmin moor a must ...not at all as i expected you could hear a pin drop. .. the Cheesewring and Minions village nearby also a places not to miss. Kits Hill a good walk and we found a lovely cove called Duck Pool. Cornwall never fails to leave you at the end of the holiday feeling refreshed.
Ms La Verne November 2021
If you want a quiet peaceful time, this is the place for you. If you want a disco..then the only dancing you'll get is with glee at the ambience of the place...and the scenery. Wonderful for Looe, Tintagel etc, and you must visit the Strawberry Fields, bought all my jam there and had a wonderful substantial meal for an exceptional price..This is a 'Must go' place to visit. If you want romance, light the wood burner, get the wine out and whatever else pleases you, and there you have it!!

Our second stay in this beautiful cottage and again it didn’t disappoint, such a peaceful, relaxing holiday . Mrs Hutchinson December 2017
Very comfortable and well equipped cottage with great outside space and views. The owners were very welcoming (but discrete for the rest of the stay) and thoughtful touches like Christmas decorations and welcome basket (with yummy treats for us and our dog) was lovely. The cottage was plenty big enough for my husband and me and our two daughters and dog and gave a great base to explore Cornwall/Devon. We also really appreciated the garden toys in the shed as we had forgotten to bring a football for our toddler. Highly recommend.
Mrs Cartledge August 2017
The cottage certainly lived up to our expectations, after a long drive there was a welcome pack which even had dog treats in it for our dog which was a nice touch , the owners were really nice and welcoming and didn't mind our dog barking !! The cottage is ideally situated with stunning views and a big enclosed garden and within easy driving to all the tourist spots and the information the owners leave in the cottage is fantastic . We would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to revisit next year.
Mr Smith July 2017
Beautiful location, dogs really enjoyed the garden. Very convenient for shops if needed. Very comprehensive information books supplied by owners about both the cottage and places to go, even on rainy days. Nice packet of biscuits for us and treats for the dogs on arrival. Comfortable and welcoming cottage.
Mr Farrand July 2017
This cottage is well placed for exploring around Cornwall. It also has a fabulous garden to relax in. You are in the countryside but not far from a town. The owners are very friendly and even left dog treats, milk tea and coffee on arrival.
Mr Parker June 2017
Owner Belinda was friendly and helpful, got the balance just right between attentiveness and privacy. We felt like we were staying with a relative, really nice. We especially liked having the shower, and it was fine, just wanted to add that should they ever have to replace or upgrade it they opt for a larger one. Rooms were all great and we thought the place was rather like a Tardis, small on the outside but roomy on the inside!
Another good cottage from Classic, going back to the same one next year!
Mr Clark May 2017
A lovely little cottage with incredible views.
Ms Winchurch April 2017
We had a wonderful stay, great accommodation - great location. We really hope to be back.

The owner was very welcoming and tea coffee and milk were there for us after a long journey The cottage was very very clean and very well equipped. Very comfortable and lovely and warm once we had the wood burner fired up great views and lovely local walks
All in All this was a fabulous cottage and we really enjoyed the holiday
Mr Harvey-Dunton October 2016
Ideally placed for most of Cornwall on day trips if thats what you enjoy, easy for the supermarket call on your way out or coming home later on. We found the town very pleasant with good car parking with always a space , very good butchers in town if you want to know where the meat has come from just up from the carpark good spot all round . We rate the cottage five not for high tec stuff or super plush fittings but for restful simple if you like barn cottage with the right amount of everything, needs a fly swat though even in October !
Mr Burrow September 2016
Second holiday at the barn for us, and we loved it as much as the first time. A quiet and comfortable place to be.
Mrs Helmke July 2016
Wonderful little cottage with enough space for a family with two kids and one dog. Perfect location in the countryside - very quite just the amazing sounds of nature around and a few more houses and hundreds of cows. Hosts were very nice and made us all feel welcome - even our dog. Well fenced garden! Gorgeous views and lovely garden. We definately recommend the Carzantic chapel barn.

Excellent service, good organization - everything worked out just fine! All agreements confirmed in writing straight away - even on Sundays!
A perfect little cottage! Cozy and very clean, I just loved it. Good interior proportions - it feels much bigger inside than you'd think looking at it from the outside. A good atmosphere, made me feel like I was coming home.
Excellent view, with a very friendly little village in the distance, and a good location for visiting Cornwall & Devon.
The owners were so very friendly and made me feel totally at home. I'd like to return any day! Also, everybody was so very kind about the dogs. Just lovely!

Mrs Creasey September 2014
We were looking for a quiet place to rest with our dogs. Carzantic Cottage exceeded our expect ions from it's quiet rural location, well maintained garden ( secure for the dogs) and the comfort. It was furnished and equipped to a very high standard? The owner who lives next door was so very kind, made us and our dogs feel very welcome. We arrived to find a welcoming tray of tea, coffee and biscuits in addition to dog treats for the four legged members of our party.
The views from the cottage and garden are stunning.
This cottage 'ticked' all our boxes and we're planning to return. Can't wait.
