Lovely location and village to restore in and explore the coast Close to beaches attractions places of interest Comfortable rooms and nice kitchen

We had a lovely peaceful week here for February half term. It's an easy walk down into the centre of Newlyn for shops and several places to eat, with the nearest pub (Fisherman's Arms) just round the corner. The views from the cottage are fabulous and it was warm and cosy. The parking space is just along the path. It's a great location from which to explore West Cornwall. We would come here again!

The cottage has lovely views and the bed in one of the rooms was very comfortable but the other mattresses were so old we felt the springs while trying to sleep . The bathroom was in need of a clean The location is wonderful . Tolcarne Inn , Argoe, mackerel sky. Fish and chip shop great coffee at Levitts and the Newlyn art gallery . Lots to like .Lots to be improved upon

Thank you so much for your lovely review of Number 4 and your really helpful local suggestions which will be useful to future guests'. We are sorry that we didn't hear from you at the time to investigate the cleanliness points but of course have shared this with the housekeeper for investigation. We so hope to welcome you back in the future. Sarah, Customer Support

Absolutely stunning cottage, very well equipped, beautiful decor, & in a great location for exploring both locally & further afield. We had a fantastic week at Number 4 & would love to return one day!

very lovely furnished view to the sea from 3 rooms! fully equipped kitchen with functioning machines fits us 6 (family with 4 "old kids", between 17 and 25) very good enough space, 3 good bedrooms surrounding very nice no noise from traffic, neighbours, trains, etc. pubs nearby are worth to have more than one beer ;-) shops, supermarkets, bakery all reachable by foot reserved parkingspace only a few yards away ... and many more ...

only one thing: it was not easy to find with google maps, especially in the dark... ... but finally we got there

Lovely property with fantastic views. Plenty of room for a family of six - well equipped. Steep stairs so not suitable for all.

This house is gorgeous, our stay here was so comfortable and easy. I wish I lived here!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage was cosy and clean with a gorgeous view. We did have a query about the cottage so we contacted the hosts and they were friendly and helpful. Great location and local transport.

Number 4 is such a delight, we loved it all and felt very comfortable staying for ten days. Newlyn is great to spend time in, such an interesting heritage (fishing industry and artists who came in the late C19th) and the cottage is in a quiet location away from road, the parking space a real bonus and wonderful views from all the rooms.

As above about car park and property location information. Cottage is exceptionally well stocked with all you need especially the kitchen. Loved it.

Beautiful airy upper rooms for a wonderful restful break, very handy bus service from Penzance to Mousehole just a few hundred yards from the property that runs til late allowing for car-free nights out.

We will definitely stay here again. The views of the ocean but I’m beautiful and from our bedroom we could hear the bay . There is definitely enough room for six people. Having a parking space is a real help also.

The cottage is stunning. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. And much bigger than you can see on the pictures. Just stunning!!

A lovely cottage with amazing sea views. Will be sure to return!

Great location , nice holiday Cottage. We hope to stay next year again.

To be able to watch the fishing boats going out from Newlyn harbour from your bed was amazing

Beautiful, well equipped cottage and spotlessly clean on arrival. The views are gorgeous!

We had great family holiday and loved the cottage, the views are fantastic. We found the whole week very relaxing and perfect base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

One parking space is available with the property but we were able to find additional parking very close by at Sandy Bay car park which is owned by Newlyn Harbour. Permits are available and are only £15 per car for a week - i'd recommend you contact the harbour office in advance so the permit is available for collection as soon as you get there.

Wonderful stay, We absolutely loved sitting in the front garden after the walk on the coast path , drinking in the stunning views and see the live in Harbor and the bay .Lovely cottage. We hope to stay next year again.

Great cottage with wonderful views. Decorated tastefully with big comfy beds. We will definitely book again.

It was better than it looked in the photos. I booked it to do some writing and the desk in the top room looking out to sea was fantastic. The sea views were really amazing. Very well located and very tastefully furnished.

Lovely cottage good central location for days out. Views amazing from all windows at the front of property, had everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic modern well equipped cottage in great location for exploring , better than our expectations

A wonderful base for a family holiday in west Cornwall.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated cottage with amazing sea views. We were really impressed by how clean and well equipped it was. Would definitely recommend!

Great views of Newlyn harbour and St Michael Mount ,great location. Loved waking up to a sea view with fishing trawlers leaving the harbour ,

Lovely cottage with fantastic views in a great location.

Wonderful cottage with stunning views in the perfect location for visiting the area.

The property is wonderfully located just along from the main characterful harbour. An excellent sea view, the house is warm and comfortable and greatly enhanced by the wood-burner in winter. If this standard of accommodation is a reflection of the company's other property's I would highly recommend them.

Milk and wine in the fridge thank you!

Overall we had a pleasant stay in a clean cozy cottage . The views over the sea and towards Penzance and St Michael's Mount were lovely.

We have used Classic Cottages for a few years now both for family holidays and my Husband also booked a getaway for us. The quality of the Cottages they pick is just fabulous. There is always a wow factor when you open the front door.

An imaginative conversion of a traditional fisherman's cottage which is very comfortable. Very Steep staircase to upper floor - the bedrooms on the first floor are accessible without difficulty- bathroom on this floor. Superb views and well placed for exploring Newlyn and Mousehole on foot. Bus stop nearby and parking space a bonus

An excellent, comfortable cottage, with the most incredible view!

Beautifully decorated and well kept cottage in a lovely location. No complaints - have been here 3 years running and plan to come again. It speaks for itself!

We have been staying in the Newlyn area via Classic for many years in the same property which was sold last year. Since last October we have stayed in 3 other properties including No. 4. All the properties have been of a consistent high standard and truly represented in your online details.

We absolutelly love that place and the house. It is made with taste, fully furnished, clean and we feel like home there. We totally love sea view and cd collection which is left in the living room. When we left the house we feel like we are going for holidays not like going back home:) Number 4 is really pretty house, we already miss that place<3

Quintessional fishermans cottage....a little gem in Newlyn perfectly located for exploring Cornwall.

First class holiday cottage , so relaxing with stunning sea views , a real Cornish find . Number 4 will certainly become our Number 1 choice for any future visits .

A simply, but tastefully, furnished fisherman's cottage. We absolutely loved sitting in the front garden, drinking in the stunning views and listening to the sea. The neighbours were friendly. The mattresses are for those who like firm beds.

Wonderful homely property. Good location, great views, charming area. Lots to see and do nearby.

We felt really at home at No 4. The house has a cracking view of Mount St Michel from the loft bedroom window, all the tools to cook the most sumptuous of dinners, and a great collection of CDs. We just wished we didn't have to leave so soon! Mrs MacKinnon

So much to do outside but it was lovely to come back at the end of the day to somewhere we were all happy to collapse and relax in.

Just lovely, peaceful clean and very comfy.

Beautiful house with good facilities. Can I recommend a visitors book as we would have liked to have written something in that-it is easier than on line after the holiday. The blinds downstairs were difficult to operate-a heavy handed person might pull too hard and break them. Also a kitchen broom/brush to sweep the floor (we used the brush in the wood basket) .

Otherwise we would definately stay here again-beautiful views and quiet cottage

the views, comfy beds, decor, the parking place, the bottle of wine, everything was just perfect.

A stunning well furnished cottage. Excellent unspoilt sea views and very homely feel. Very good value.

Wonderful stay, property well stocked up. Beautiful views from the rooms. Generally clean. Hard to locate though post code does not lead you anywhere near the property. We had to ask the locals and I felt really bad because there were quite steep hills and they had to go up and down them just to try and help us find the house. A local map would be nice next time telling residents exactly where to go. Parking permit was a great bonus thank you.

Excellent views from all front facing windows - well maintained - clean and tidy - equipment standard is high - some nice touches (wine in fridge - flowers on table). All rooms are good sized.First timer to Classic Cottages so wasn't to sure on what to expect - this cottage has set a very high satndard for the rest to follow. I will definately stay again at this cottage, when next visiting this lovely part of the world.

This cottage was 'heaven' and I will definitely be back. Pictures are accurate. Everything was supplied, even a hair dryer, CD's, games, books.....you name it, this cottage had it. Beautiful views, friendly neighbours, immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage. Hope to stay there again.

Really lovely cottage, marvellous views, very near Mousehole too!!!

This is the third cottage we have rented through your company and we have found them all to be charming. Wouldn't hesitate to book another break. Love Cornwall, love the cottage, even love the weather!!

Perfect location, perfect view, perfect cottage - couldn't have been bettered.

I stayed at No.4 with friends over new year. The cottage was very nicely decorated with a modern feel and beautiful features. There is even a seaview from the living room! The kitchen was really well equipt and the cottage was nice and warm even in winter. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'll be recommending to friends.

Please take a torch if arriving at night and whatever you do park in the correct space and put the permit on the car immediatly.
