Fantastic location, so peaceful and sea views from the field.

Barefoot Hobie was wonderful. We had an amazing time and would definitely return and recommend it to others. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, in a beautiful setting.

Barefoot Hobie was our first experience of glamping, but be assured it will not be our last. From the moment we arrived and took our cases in a wheel barrow to our accomadation we knew we were in for a good time. Hobie was more than spacious enough for five of us and our two whippets who thought they were in heaven when they saw the size of the fields we were in. The whole experience was fantastic and really gave you the feeling of being away from it all, no tv in the evening just board games and conversations and midnight walks with the dogs. We cannot recommend barefoot glamping enough.

We loved our week at Hobie. The tent was very comfortable, warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect. We had a brilliant time on the beaches at Poldu and Gunwalloe, which are both minutes away, and were perfect for our two young children. We also loved nearby Porthleven for crabbing and cider whilst boat watching. The site was very calm and peaceful - the tents overlook a huge meadow, and are shielded by big wooden wind breaks- and our children loved the little copse with the swing, hammock and boat. The views of the sun going down by the sea from the fire pit were magnificent. We would love to come back!

Fantastic glamping site, facilities & nearby beach! Superb!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Hobie. A stunning setting in a fabulous location. The tent itself is just brilliant and the nearby beach at Poldhu is perfect. We loved every minute of our stay here and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time staying in Hobie, and would like to come back one day.

Totally lived up to expectations.

We had an amazing time at Hobie and would love to come back one day. The tent is wonderful and so comfortable. We were there in April but the wood burner kept us warm and it was perfect to be together as a family in such a cosy space cut out from the real world. Magic

Peaceful, back to basics, with a touch of luxury!

Have only ever been Glamping once and cant see how it could get better........

Really relaxing holiday. Great location and easy to explore the surrounding area, stunning scenery & dramatic coastline. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the fire pit as the field it's in isn't dog friendly.

True glamping- well equipped and luxurious safari tent in a beautiful setting. Ideal location for exploring the Lizard and South west Cornwall. Our children loved every aspect of Chymder farm especially the hammock and the log swing.

The most luxurious glamping accommodation I've ever seen, quirky, yet homely - such a relaxing place for a week away.

The website, and the photos therein, are true to the experience of the holiday. I defy anyone to be in the slightest bit disappointed by any aspect of staying at Barefoot Camping.

We had an awesome time staying in Hobie! It was a real adventure for the children and a break away from electronic games and T.V. The art of conversation returned for the long weekend and we had plenty of laughs. Would recommend Hobie as a top class experience for every family!!

If any family wants a unique and fun break we would recommend Hobie. It was lovely to go back to basics (no electronic games/tv) but still be warm and comfortable. Fabulous experience for the children, lots of laughs and fun was had by all.

Do it....you won't regret it.

Our week in Hobie was fantastic for the whole family. Your message "unplug technology, re-connect with friends" was so apt, as the holiday provided a perfect opportunity to do just this. The children had everything they needed and loved the freedom of the environment. We loved all the opportunities that were provided e.g. the firepit, which we used on our last night for a happy sing-song with our friends. Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic week away :)

Sally and Jon were excellent on arrival and throughout our holiday. The accommodation, location and experience was excellent

Pictures of accommodation are very accurate and show the level of comfort you can expect. Loads of local amenities and options for entertaining in all weathers. Great experience.

we will definatly be back. so appreciate being left to enjoy our family time and share it with you and did not feel at all intruded upon. Honesty shop excellent and thank you for the beautiful easter bisciuts

If you want to get away from life and chill out in luxury look no further and just book it. Thanks to John and his wife super location

Barefoot Glamping is something you should try at least once. The tents are luxurious, the plots are generous, with an outside fire we only wish the weather had allowed us to use, and the surrounding area, countryside and beaches ALL worth a visit. We loved it.

The safari tent really lived up to our expectations, it was large enough for four adults and two children and was beautifully decked out with a stylish, yet rustic feel. The facilities, including the wood burning stove, the shower/wet room and the beds were all lovely and really gave the right balance between having an outdoor/adventurous feel we wanted combined with some luxury to aid relaxation. The location was great as well. Our whole party were very impressed and the owners were very helpful too. Would highly recommend to any future glampers.
