Just a few minutes' stroll from the beach and the village pub, Coth Lytherva enjoys lovely sea views from almost every room.
The light, comfortable open plan living-room.
....and the perfect spot to sit and read a book - though you might be distracted by the view!
Beyond the living-room are the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and the utility-room.
The wondeful view from the living-room where you can watch the changing colours of the sea and sky and spot the fishermen returning home.
A view from the rear of the cottage.
The living-room has the most fabulous sea views.
Light and airy ground floor Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and wonderful sea views.
A fabulous view to wake up to!
A comfy sofa and seating for everyone.
The spacious ground floor bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle as well as a roll-top bath.
Looking back from the kitchen towards the sitting-area.
The original cottage staircase turns and divides at the top two steps (please take care).
Spacious Bedroom 2, on the left at the top of the stairs, is furnished with a double bed.
A second window set into the sloping roof allows light to flood in to Bedroom 2...
...and has fabulous views down to the beach and the sea beyond.
The steps leading down from the parking-area to the cottage.(this has now been replaced with new steps, photo to follow)
The view across the village to the beach from Bedroom 2.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on either side of the staircase.
The turning top few steps of the original cottage staircase - please take care when stepping out of the double bedroom!
Set on the hillside overlooking the cove, Coth Lytherva has a large garden which includes plenty of parking space at the side.
The ingeniously designed shower-room between Bedrooms 2 and 3 makes the most of the available space.
The pretty twin bedroom (Bedroom 3).
If you see a fishing boat coming in from the window in Bedroom 3, you could jog down the footpath to the beach in time to see it come ashore!
There are lots of pretty touches throughout the cottage to remind you the sea is very close by!
Steps lead down from the parking-area to the patio and front door.(photo of new steps to follow)
The kitchen units are painted a lovely soft green and are fitted with granite worktops.
Just sit, relax, and take in the view!
Looking back up at the house from the bottom of the garden.
Steps from the patio descend to the little garden gate which opens onto the footpath leading down to the cove.
The footpath is the quickest and easiest way down to the beach and the pub!
The 'Todden', which divides the cove into two, is a wonderful vantage point for watching the comings and goings on the beach below.
Cadgwith is still very much a thriving fishing village.
Some of the boats are purely for pleasure...
...others must work for a living!
The view out to sea as you head up out of the village on the coastal footpath...
...and looking back at the picturesque cove from a little further along the same footpath.

The Cottage photos are not indicative of the property now! Outside space is in dire need of maintenance! Car park used by many other cars. Upstairs bathroom only suitable for children or small adults. Garden is a wasteland with many weeds.

We're so sorry that you felt there were areas outside that needed more attention - it was good to be able to talk this through with you and the owners, and to find an agreeable resolution. The members of the public who'd used the parking area have been asked to park elsewhere and the garden has had some further work carried out - the end of the very hot weather means the reseeded areas are now looking much greener. Having now stayed there twice, I'd be delighted to recommend this cottage to anyone, but fear that, doing so, may mean it's not available for us when we attempt our third visit...... I fully intend returning.

A lovely property. Well furnished and equipped. Great location and excellent views from the house. We parked the car and walked the cliffs - totally relaxing. Everyone is so friendly in Cadgwith and Ryan Minor - recommend the Thursday market in the village hall. A lovely warm welcome from the owner. A perfect holiday.

This is a lovely old cottage, very spacious and full of character. The children enjoyed playing in the garden and running down the little path to the village and fishermen's beach. The views are incredible and the village is picture perfect. The cottage was very welcoming and we had a really amazing holiday.

Coth Lytherva was for us a dream place to spend a week. The house had a splendid view of the sea. The location was perfect for walking the costal path both going southwest and northeast. The village of Cadgwith also was great with a nice pub and places to buy fresh fish. The house was very nicely furnished and came well equipped with attractive kitchen utensils, service and cutlery.

Lovely comfortable cottage with gorgeous views in a really beautiful Cornwall village. The kitchen is great and we were greeted with flowers and home baked cake on arrival. It was good to know the owners were nearby and available if anything was required but we needed nothing as the cottage was perfect. Easy access parking spots an unexpected bonus.
