Coth Lytherva is in an excellent location, we have stayed in many properties in Cadgwith, but this is excellent for walking down to the cove, and the car parking is an added bonus.

Fantastic and spacious cottage in fantastic location. Very well equipped and perfect for families with children.

The welcoming tea was great after a long journey, the brownies were yummy, , the flowers to greet us lovely. The cottage is comfortable, in just the right place for a walk into the village and parking facilities really useful and accessible The owners are welcoming and friendly, the view from all the rooms is really pretty.

We loved the cottage. It had everything we wanted. It felt really spacious downstairs with the sun pouring in the big windows in the mornings, and the views of the sea, it doesn’t get much better than that! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms comfy. The bathroom downstairs is massive and the roll top bath awesome and a great hot shower. We enjoyed some lovely walks and time on the beach messing in the sand. The pub in the village serves some great food, especially he sea food chowder. We enjoyed watching the fisherman coming in. Totally great holiday in a fab cottage.

The Cottage photos are not indicative of the property now! Outside space is in dire need of maintenance! Car park used by many other cars. Upstairs bathroom only suitable for children or small adults. Garden is a wasteland with many weeds.

We're so sorry that you felt there were areas outside that needed more attention - it was good to be able to talk this through with you and the owners, and to find an agreeable resolution. The members of the public who'd used the parking area have been asked to park elsewhere and the garden has had some further work carried out - the end of the very hot weather means the reseeded areas are now looking much greener. loved watching the ships lit up early morning passing by in the dark, you can even hear the sea. Loved it

Having now stayed there twice, I'd be delighted to recommend this cottage to anyone, but fear that, doing so, may mean it's not available for us when we attempt our third visit...... I fully intend returning.

A lovely property. Well furnished and equipped. Great location and excellent views from the house. We parked the car and walked the cliffs - totally relaxing. Everyone is so friendly in Cadgwith and Ryan Minor - recommend the Thursday market in the village hall. A lovely warm welcome from the owner. A perfect holiday.

This is a lovely old cottage, very spacious and full of character. The children enjoyed playing in the garden and running down the little path to the village and fishermen's beach. The views are incredible and the village is picture perfect. The cottage was very welcoming and we had a really amazing holiday.

Coth Lytherva was for us a dream place to spend a week. The house had a splendid view of the sea. The location was perfect for walking the costal path both going southwest and northeast. The village of Cadgwith also was great with a nice pub and places to buy fresh fish. The house was very nicely furnished and came well equipped with attractive kitchen utensils, service and cutlery.

Excellent cottage Stunning views Homely welcoming feel

We thought our weeks stay was fantastic and we will certainly try to book it again in the future. It was a great base location to explore other parts of Cornwall. Can't wait to go back as it had everything we wished for.

A beautiful cottage set in stunning surroundings, cosy and we had a most enjoyable few days.

Very good standard of comfort and cleanliness. Great to have proper off road parking, good central position. Lovely garden with views over roof tops to the sea. Feels bigger than photos

Beautiful cottage. Beautiful location. Couldn't fault it!

Lovely comfortable cottage with gorgeous views in a really beautiful Cornwall village. The kitchen is great and we were greeted with flowers and home baked cake on arrival. It was good to know the owners were nearby and available if anything was required but we needed nothing as the cottage was perfect. Easy access parking spots an unexpected bonus.

A perfect retreat

A lovely comfortable cottage with amazing sea views in the centre of the pretty village of Cadgwith. Very convenient for village life.

Lovely house, great views, near the pub.

Incredible views out over Cadgwith Cove. Cottage felt bigger than pictures indicated. Highly recommended.

We spent a very happy week here, and were sad to leave! The cottage and location are excellent and served the needs of two adults and two young boys perfectly. Cadgwith was perfect for watching the boats and rock pooling and fishing on the little beach. We will be back!

The property exceeded expectations! We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful 4 generation holiday and have now been so often that it is referred to as our holiday house ,. Thankyou and thanks for the biscuits .

A lovely comfortable cottage with wonderful sea views and only a short walk from the centre of the village and the sea. The locals were, as always, friendly and welcoming. For a true Cornish escape Cadgwith cannot be beaten.

Lovely tranquil position with lovely views. Perfect getaway.

Prompt and friendly Welcome visit was a very nice touch. Location is hard to beat, beautiful views, ample parking, away from the road, short walk to the Pub and able to hear the sea from bed :) Really enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay there again.
